“Amanda is the best! Extremely reliable and knows how to cater to each of our cats’ individual needs! She had no problem giving one of our cats his medication in small pieces of marshmallow, which the vet tech recommended! We’ve already booked her for July and will definitely ask her to take care of our cats again!”

About: I have over 15 years helping to care for pets. As an animal science major in college, I worked at an Animal Hospital in Western Massachusetts. During the summer I worked at the MSPCA as an animal care provider. I have cared for dogs, cats, and large/ small animals for years and loved all of them. I currently have a dog who is in training to be a therapy animal. I work from home a few days during the week and am happy to host your dog either in my house, or provide drop in visits and dog walking. I also live right near Fresh Pond, which is a great place for doggie hikes. I can provide amazing references on request as well. I look forward to meeting your pup!

“I highly recommend Chasity! We booked her for visits with our dog Gus. She is clear in her communication and sends updates of the visit. I know Gus is in good hands with Chasity.”

About: Hello! Would love to meet you and your furry one :). I will make sure your furry friend is taken care of with anything needed while you are away. I grew up with a Chihuahua for 12 years before he passed away. I am currently a dentist with a flexible schedule and my husband helps out since he works from home! The reason I have decided to pet sit is to be able to spend time with pets since I do not currently have any of my own. I love taking care of other dogs and look forward to one day owning my own very soon. I literally look at dog pictures everyday -they keep my spirits up. And you will get some of the best ones in my opinion. As you can imagine, I will be attentive to every detail provided. Help me share my love to your pet! Reach out if you have any questions! I make myself available before and after my work shift throughout the week. My husband will help to watch and care for pets while I am at work throughout the day. So there will always be someone at home. If we have a busy week or weekend planned, we may not be able to fit pet care in. That way, we don’t feel bad for not giving the much needed attention your pet may need. I currently do not have a yard as I live in an apartment building. However, I can let the pets out for walks as needed and according to their energy level. If your dog needs to be crated, I can easily make sure to do that as long as the crate is provided. If the service you request is a House sitting service, I may not feel comfortable sleeping over through the nights depending on the conditions. Please ask if there is a special circumstance I can accommodate for! I can definitely make sure I stop by to feed/walk/let dogs/pets out throughout the day.

About: Fostered 10 different dog breeds who were successfully adopted. Trained with several volunteers to learn how to care for the dogs in our house. We take the pups to dog parks, for walks, feed them, play with them and bring them to the veterinarian for routine care or when they get sick. We also do this for my dog Champ who I adopted over 3 years ago and my sister’s dog Stanley who lives with us. He was one of my fosters and we just had to keep him in the family so my sister adopted him. 😁 My sister is also on Rover and we work together taking care of the pups at our house. My sister and I take care of dogs and have been for several years. We are very passionate for dogs and love caring for them and spending time with them. We have a yard with a fence to keep your dogs active and well cared for. We are dependable, trustworthy and we provide a safe environment for your pups.

About: I currently work part-time at an AKC certified breeder in Lakeville MA for Golden Retrievers and Persian Cats. I am strongly empathetic and have a deep love, trust and respect for animals of all shapes and size. I have a schedule that is very easy to work with. I am available Monday - Friday 10:00am - 8:00pm and Sunday - Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm. I have plenty of space inside and outside for your fur baby(s) to play and have fun. And if things start to get riled up I have an empty XL cage with blankets, toys food and water inside.

About: My communication style is characterized by clarity and brevity. I make it a priority to plan the daily interactions with the animals in my care, with the main goal of ensuring their utmost enjoyment. Given my work-from-home arrangement, I find that my schedule offers considerable flexibility. I also enjoy visiting a local community park, and I am fond of bringing pets along. The pet-friendly amenities I utilize are situated within a supervised environment, given my residence in an apartment complex that features expansive, meticulously maintained pet areas.

“Courtney was so great with my cat, Arya. Arya is normally very skittish around strangers and Courtney was able to engage with her. She also followed all of my care instructions perfectly . 10/10 recommend Courtney.”

About: I’ve loved dogs my whole life and have enjoyed walking my neighbor’s/friend’s dogs since I was a kid. Over the past few years my family has been dog sitting for months at a time and I love taking them for long walks and spending time with them! I have plenty of experience dog walking as well as overnight sitting, and am happy to accommodate any of your pup’s needs! I treat every animal I come across like they are my own and give them all the love and attention they deserve :) Your dog will be in great hands! I am currently working my summer job from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday-Friday. Other than that I am available for walks and overnight sitting! My apartment unfortunately doesn’t allow pets but I am always happy to stay at your home and I will accommodate any of your/your dogs needs! I have plenty of experience staying at other peoples’ homes for overnight dogsitting as while as babysitting.

About: What sets me apart from other dog sitters is the personalized care and attention I give to each dog as if they were my own. I take the time to understand their unique personalities, routines, and needs—whether it's a favorite toy, a specific feeding schedule, or extra cuddles before bed I work from home and would love a companion and an excuse to step out and go for a couple walks throughout the day. I love dogs and they would be safe in my home I have a big back yard 3/4 fenced in and a tie out which I would be able to accompy them with. I also love going for walks

“Faith was awesome! She was already familiar with my neighborhood, which was a bonus. It was easy to book, even on a holiday weekend. She was super friendly and took great care of our kitty. She made sure he was well cared for and sent so many fun pics along— it made us feel assured he was happy, while we were away! Will definitely book again. Thank you, Faith!!!”

About: I have had dogs since I was a child. Throughout the years I have owned Shepards, Rottweilers and most recently Boxers. They have been a part of our family since before I can remember but after losing our last Boxer “babies” and with the kids now in college, I have decided to pour my love for dogs into taking care of yours. It was always stressful leaving our dogs so let me take some of that stress away from you. I promise to stay in contact, send pictures and give them a home away from home. I work 3 minutes from home with a typical workday being 8-4 with an hour lunch. Although I will say this is pretty flexible. However, my husband works from home so there is always someone home. I am happy to come to your home to take your dog for a walk or to let him/her out in your yard. I can also feed him/her and give any needed medications. Or in my home, they will be treated like our own. We do allow pets on the furniture if that is what they are used to and accept dogs that are not crate trained.

“Mackinzie was fantastic! She kept us up to date on everything going on with our dogs while we were on vacation- even asking if we needed windows closed when it was going to rain. We got multiple pictures during every visit and she really made us feel like our pups were in good hands. We would absolutely book with Mackinzie again!”

She has had the experience of working with a breeder having the awesome privilege, as Caroline would agree, to care for Golden Retrievers from the beginning of their pregnancies until their birth. As Caroline would say, "Now the fun begins!" They bring her so much joy and she absolutely loves taking care of all their needs. She also has cared for newborn kittens. She is forever sending me photos of these babies and shares the photos with me and my husband when she comes home from work. North Andover pet parents share their Rover experiences
Ava did a drop in for us before she house sits this weekend! This was her second time meeting our dogs and our timid boy already seems to be warming up to her. We are excited to see her build more trust with him and increase his confidence while she is house sitting this weekend.

This was our first time leaving Kali & Kasper with Lixanne, we appreciate her for taking care and spending time with them while we were on vacation. We will definitely request her again, she is very flexible and trustworthy. She also kept us updated everyday, highly recommend excellent service!

We could not have asked for a better sitter for our dog Stoli. Katie is tremendous, where do I start? First, her communication and detailed summaries on each visit were meaningful and superb. Katie went above and beyond each visit, exploring different walks with Stoli. We could not recommend Katie enough, thank you!!

Amira is a wonderful pet sitter! Our 2 kitties warmed right up to her the first time they met. She did a great job and sent many photos of her drop in visits. She spent time and interacted with both cats. We're going to use Amira for our future trips, knowing that our 2 boys are in the best of hands.
