This was my first time using Rover and my cat,Aria, is very wary of new people so naturally I was nervous but Adriana was amazing from the start. She told me stories of other diabetic cats she has sat for that put me at ease. I told her it was okay if Aria didn’t get the insulin on this visit as she is a skittish cat who likes to hide under the bed, so I was super impressed when Adriana was able to give Aria her insulin shot on the morning visit. Adriana was also very communicative leading up to, during and even after the visits. I feel very confident leaving my cat in Adrianas care, and hope to be able to book her again in the future.
Stacie is amazing! She's very thorough and always sends us updates and pictures. She does things for us that we haven't even asked, like, bringing in our mail and trash barrel...and watered our plans for us! We have used her multiple times and will continue to do so, I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving and responsible pet sitter!
Angela was awesome! I needed a sitter for 10 days, over a holiday weekend, on relatively short notice. I had to have two sitters. She worked great with the other sitter. She did 3 drop in visits a day. After meeting her, I was reassured that my kids would be in good hands. The reports kept me informed and she answered additional questions. One of my dogs is resure with security issues and had never been left for more than two nights. He settled down with her a Played with her in the yard. The drop in visits included time out in the yard, food, water, and daily medications for two of the dogs. I have a 16yr old arthritic German shepherd, 10 yr Border Collie mix, and a 5yr old American Staffordshire Terrier
Erica always does a great job with my 19 year old cat! Evie enjoys having Erica come to look after her and pet her when she is there. I know Evie is in great hands when Erica takes care of her. Our meet n greet went so incredibly well that we knew we wouldn't have to worry about our pup while away. Chuck was responsive to her, her barking, and her old age needs. He went above and beyond by cleaning up her indoor messes and changing out her pee pad area. He was not dissuaded by her needs to talk... A lot! She takes a lot of meds so we got pictures and great descriptions of the visits. Will absolutely reach out to Chuck again if we need to.
