“Caroline was patient, sweet and just so outstanding with Cora. She took the time to meet Cora ahead of time and make sure that our rescue princess was comfortable with her. She kept in constant communication with us and her updates were precise and on time. We will def be reaching out to Caroline again! I’m sure Cora will miss you in the meantime.”

“Indigo was great with the cats! They warmed up to Indigo quickly and seemed comfortable. Indigo was communicated well, asked great questions, and took excellent care of our pets.”

“Before we met Klarysa, we used to worry about leaving our two cats behind while on our trips. After using her services for multiple 7 day+ trips across different time zones, we know we can depend on her! She has also been extremely flexible with us. We don't have free parking in near our apartment for house sitting and she was still able to accommodate. We are so grateful for this! Thank you so much, Klarysa!”

“First meeting my dogs loved her they are shepherds and usually don’t like strangers. They didn’t bark once. They liked Margaret right from start -good energy ! I was beyond nervous about how this would go but now I’m confident that I can finally leave the house for extended periods.”

“Mikayla was a champ today. She got both of my dogs to go outside where one of them is nervous around new people. She followed instructions well and did a great job. Very good communicator and folk lots of pics. Thanks so much!!!”

“Ardin did a great job with our big 100 lb. boy, Charlie, for 11 days, 3x a day drop in visits. The photos she included, with the activities they did (walks and soccer) showed a happy dog. Her texts really reassured us about how well it was going and we plan on rebooking with Ardin for a long family wedding this fall!”

“Heather was an amazing sitter for our 11 yr old PORTY! Oreo loved meeting her and they hit it off immediately. I reached out to Heather for a drop in a few days prior and she was accommodating and was great about sharing messages and photos on her visit-Oreo loved her walk and we will certainly use her again!”

About: Hey!! I’m Kirsten, and I would love the opportunity to care for your pets like they’re part of my own family. 🐾 I’ve loved and cared for animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my brother and I cared for our own pets and even helped stray animals in our neighborhood. That love for animals has stayed with me throughout my life. I also have hands-on experience working with an animal rescue, where I helped care for 14 dogs and 12 cats. My responsibilities included feeding, cleaning, providing basic daily care, keeping the animals comfortable, and—of course—giving them plenty of attention and love. I’ve also provided dog sitting and pet care for others over the years. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pets while you’re away. I’m dependable, patient, attentive, and comfortable following your pet’s individual routine and care instructions. I’m currently interested in dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting. Whether your pet needs a walk, playtime, meals, companionship, or simply someone there to make them feel safe and loved, I’m happy to help. As a mom, I know how much trust it takes to leave someone you love in another person’s care. I want you to feel comfortable knowing your pet will be treated with kindness, patience, and lots of love while they’re with me. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family! 🐶🐱❤️ I work full time and would be working around my schedule to accommodate the needs of everyone. Each dog will be loved and cared for as anyone else. ❤️❤️❤️ I do not have a fenced in area on my drive. My three other sides are fenced in. Looking to figure out how to fence the driveway. ❤️❤️❤️
About: I’ve had pets since age 6 and have 2 of my own dogs. Love to take care of all kinds of pets. Trying to pursue a veterinary career and gaining more experience with animals would be great. I currently have 4 days of the week off, which make this easier to provide boarding services, and longer days. Work around my own schedule. I have a fenced yard, two dogs and one cat who love to play with other animals. Playtime is a must and dog walks if requested.
“Riley took to Jeanine right away which was impressive for him. I was able to relax and enjoy my trip knowing he was in good hands! This was a great experience and I will use Jeanine again!”

“Brooke did a great job with my dogs. He watched after them like his own. He was always on time and would send pictures, and took them for walks which we loved to see! Our dogs always looked happy with him and we felt safe leaving our animals in his care. We Highly recommend Brooke!”

“Faith was amazing! Went above and beyond for my kitties. She was attentive and understood all of my concerns. I have no doubts my kitties had the time of their lives! Thank you so much! I will definitely book you again! Alice and Olivia will miss you!!”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Nashua
Cassidy is wonderful! She is great at what she does, and our kitties absolutely loved her. Our 15-year-old kitty, who is usually very shy around new people, greeted Cassidy as soon as she arrived, which says a lot! Our high-energy, attention-seeking 6-year-old kitty loved playing and cuddling with her while we were away. We were able to truly enjoy our trip knowing our cats were happy, comfortable, and in great hands. We would absolutely recommend Cassidy and would be happy to have her care for our kitties again!

Caroline was everything and more! She was flexible and accommodating for my needs and I came home to a very happy and content kitty cat. She was incredibly responsive and my apartment was spotless, especially the litter box area. Super appreciative of how smooth the whole process was during my trip.

Stacie is amazing! She's very thorough and always sends us updates and pictures. She does things for us that we haven't even asked, like, bringing in our mail and trash barrel...and watered our plans for us! We have used her multiple times and will continue to do so, I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving and responsible pet sitter!
Lee Ann took care of our 3 kitties while we were away for 9 days and did a wonderful job! One of our cats needs meds everyday, and she made sure to update us everyday with how everyone was doing! Thank you so much for your care & attention to detail! I would plan to hire Lee Ann again in the future!!

Angela was awesome! I needed a sitter for 10 days, over a holiday weekend, on relatively short notice. I had to have two sitters. She worked great with the other sitter. She did 3 drop in visits a day. After meeting her, I was reassured that my kids would be in good hands. The reports kept me informed and she answered additional questions. One of my dogs is resure with security issues and had never been left for more than two nights. He settled down with her a Played with her in the yard. The drop in visits included time out in the yard, food, water, and daily medications for two of the dogs. I have a 16yr old arthritic German shepherd, 10 yr Border Collie mix, and a 5yr old American Staffordshire Terrier

Adiba was wonderful! We booked her last minute to watch our 6yo cat for a week, he has an auto feeder so we just needed some company and attention for our little boy. We found that she communicated well and responded quickly and professionally. She sent us so many photos, and videos!!!, and we could tell that she was giving him her full attention and taking such good care of him. We felt like this wasn’t “just a job” to her but that she actually enjoyed spending time with our cat. By her last drop in visit I couldn’t tell if she was going to miss our cat more or if he was going to miss Adiba more. We will definitely be booking her again!

Hannah was so amazing with our kitties, and went above and beyond! She kept everything nice and tidy while we were away, and even saved our puzzle that partially fell off the side table, thanks to our orange kitten! We also loved the daily report she left and the photos sent too. A++!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Nashua. On Rover:

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
