I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a kid and I’ve worked as a shift lead at a pet store for over 2 years, where I also handle dogs in the grooming department. I work part-time and take most of my college classes online, which allows me to have a very flexible schedule. I’m able to be available throughout the day for walks, feeding, playtime, and making sure pets get plenty of attention and care. I always adjust my care based on each pet’s individual needs and routine. In a client’s home, I stick closely to their normal schedule to minimize stress, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any medications or special instructions. I make sure pets feel comfortable in their familiar environment and provide regular updates. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean, and structured environment with constant supervision, regular potty breaks, exercise, and plenty of attention. My experience working in a pet store and handling dogs in grooming has made me confident with a wide range of temperaments, so safety and comfort are always my top priorities.

She did an excellent job managing all three of our dogs—including our senior dog, who is very grumpy and selective about people.
