We left Sully for an extended period of time for the very first time, which of course came with parental nerves and concerns (especially since my dog has IBD, so he needs the extra care and attention) Ashton was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and understanding of our nerves, but his care for Sully quickly dissolved our nerves of leaving Sully with how well he cared for him. Ashton sent us morning/evening updates, pictures, and took care of our dog as if he was one of his own (so much so that we could tell Sully was sad to leave him!) Ashton is an amazing pup care giver, i’d recommend him 10/10 and will choose him 100x over next time we need a sitter (and i know Sully will be so excited to see him again)”

About: I was never much of a cat person until I spent four years at college getting to know and gaining the trust of a massive local colony of strays, meeting kitties of every disposition and color and size and discovering that their personalities are just as unique as ours. After catsitting I now have experience cleaning litterboxes, feeding and caring for your kitty. About: I have owned or cared for 4 legged friends for most of my life. Family and friends have had me care for their pets since I was about 12, but owning my own really made me love them. I am comfortable with pets of all sizes, but I have a special place in my heart for larger breed dogs and orange cats. About: I've been around dogs all my life, I've had three wonderful family dogs growing up with distinct personalities and needs. I have experience with dogs with special needs such as mobility issues, temperment/reactivity issues, and medication regimes. I dogsat my teacher's epileptic poodle when she couldn't be boarded due to her medication needs, helped my neighbor's basset get around during the last years of his life, walked and played with my other neighbor's golden to get his energy out, gave a much-needed bath to a frail elderly minature when his owner passed away, and nursed a sickly puppy back to health while he was being quarantined in my room away from other pets. I believe dogs are unique like people and they all have different boundaries, comfort levels, personalities, and needs, and the secret to the best pet care is getting to know every individual like they are your own loved one. I work part time three days a week (9am-3pm, tues/weds/sat), so I will be gone for my shift for that six hours if I'm dogsitting on those days! Otherwise, I'm available for services all other times except a couple hours every Sunday for my weekly DnD session :-) I'm very flexible and I'm sure we can figure out a schedule that works for both of us, and your pets! I cannot host pets in my own home due to my own pets, but I'm totally willing to come hang out with your pet at your home! I'll take your lead: Want me to hang out there for hours and keep your pet company? Works for me! Want me to only check in every so often, and only enter parts of the home that I absolutely have to? Also fine! Whatever works for you, I can work around it.

For cats; we have a dedicated "cat room" to keep your pet separated from our pets. The room has a screen door so they don't feel locked away and can be part of our household while remaining safe. I will follow your pet care plan while in your home. For Puppies; all dogs are fed separately to avoid food aggression situations. All puppies will be crated for meals and sleeping overnight. If your puppy is not crate trained, I will work with them to ensure they are comfortable and not afraid. I can support your potty training schedule to maintain consistency.
About: I have pet-sat multiple animals including many cats, rabbits, and dogs. I took care of these pets ranging from a few days to a month-long period of time. I cared for, washed, fed, and spent time with these animals as well as took care of their waste. As well as animal care, I have also house-sat during many of these experiences. I have weekends off and are typically fully available to spend most of the day/night with pets. I work Monday through Friday but always make time for my cat after work. I often stay as long as I can when petsitting at a clients home. Pets can get anxious when owners are gone, and I make sure to spend as much quality time I can with the pets.

I’ve spent my entire professional life caring for animals, starting with volunteering at an animal shelter, then working at an aquarium, and now working professionally in veterinary care. I also majored in Biology, which gave me a deeper understanding of animal health, behavior, and wellbeing. I’ve been lucky enough to share my home with all kinds of pets over the years, including dogs, cats, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs, and both freshwater and saltwater fish. I truly love them all! Whether they have fur, fins, scales, or a shell, I enjoy getting to know each animal’s unique personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. She and her husband David are such lovely people, and they have a warm, welcoming home. Willow immediately took to her home away from home. Lucille took her outside frequently and went on multiple long walks with her. I left instructions for Willow's diet, snack time and bedtime routine that she followed to the letter. I can't say enough good things about the care Lucille provided, and we will definitely be boarding with her again - likely within the month!”

We left Sully for an extended period of time for the very first time, which of course came with parental nerves and concerns (especially since my dog has IBD, so he needs the extra care and attention) Ashton was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and understanding of our nerves, but his care for Sully quickly dissolved our nerves of leaving Sully with how well he cared for him. Ashton sent us morning/evening updates, pictures, and took care of our dog as if he was one of his own (so much so that we could tell Sully was sad to leave him!) Ashton is an amazing pup care giver, i’d recommend him 10/10 and will choose him 100x over next time we need a sitter (and i know Sully will be so excited to see him again)”

Elizabeth and her family were amazing! Their dog Charlie got along great with Clark, and their fenced in yard was perfect. Their house was located on a dead end road with low traffic, which eased some of the stress. Elizabeth provided plenty of updates, including photos and even a video.
