About: I've been around dogs all my life, I've had three wonderful family dogs growing up with distinct personalities and needs. I have experience with dogs with special needs such as mobility issues, temperment/reactivity issues, and medication regimes. I dogsat my teacher's epileptic poodle when she couldn't be boarded due to her medication needs, helped my neighbor's basset get around during the last years of his life, walked and played with my other neighbor's golden to get his energy out, gave a much-needed bath to a frail elderly minature when his owner passed away, and nursed a sickly puppy back to health while he was being quarantined in my room away from other pets. I believe dogs are unique like people and they all have different boundaries, comfort levels, personalities, and needs, and the secret to the best pet care is getting to know every individual like they are your own loved one. I work part time three days a week (9am-3pm, tues/weds/sat), so I will be gone for my shift for that six hours if I'm dogsitting on those days! Otherwise, I'm available for services all other times except a couple hours every Sunday for my weekly DnD session :-) I'm very flexible and I'm sure we can figure out a schedule that works for both of us, and your pets! I cannot host pets in my own home due to my own pets, but I'm totally willing to come hang out with your pet at your home! I'll take your lead: Want me to hang out there for hours and keep your pet company? Works for me! Want me to only check in every so often, and only enter parts of the home that I absolutely have to? Also fine! Whatever works for you, I can work around it.

About: My journey with animals did not start as a job. It began when I was 10 years old and welcomed my first cat into my life. Since then, animals have always been part of my world. I am happy to lift and carry pets on the stairs when needed, as long as they are comfortable being picked up. Pet care fits into my routine really easily because I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I’m able to give all the needed attention to your pet throughout the day. That means plenty of walks, playtime, bathroom breaks, and just being around so they feel cared for and not left alone for too long. About: I’ve had my dog for 6 years since she was a puppy. She is house trained and is trained to be out without a leash. She is great with children and other dogs. I’m currently a college student so I have 1-2 classes a day with breaks in between. My classes are only 1-2.5 hours and don’t consume too much of my time. About: I have pet-sat multiple animals including many cats, rabbits, and dogs. I took care of these pets ranging from a few days to a month-long period of time. I cared for, washed, fed, and spent time with these animals as well as took care of their waste. As well as animal care, I have also house-sat during many of these experiences. “We boarded our 2y old whippet, Willow, with Lucille for an overnight. As a nervous parent, I couldn't have felt more confident in the care I knew Lucille would provide for Willow. She and her husband David are such lovely people, and they have a warm, welcoming home. Willow immediately took to her home away from home. Lucille took her outside frequently and went on multiple long walks with her. I left instructions for Willow's diet, snack time and bedtime routine that she followed to the letter. I can't say enough good things about the care Lucille provided, and we will definitely be boarding with her again - likely within the month!”

“We just love Rebeca and her whole family! They all pitch in and take care of the dogs that stay with them and we have a VERY active dog so it is so good for her to have lots of people to play with while we’re away. :) I can tell Cici always has the best time with them and we don’t have to worry about her at all while on vacation. We got the most gorgeous pics of her to see all the fun walks she was taking and fun games she was playing with their daughter. And at the end of the stay their daughter gave her a little Halloween goody bag with the CUTEST note talking about her favorite moment of Cici’s stay with her. It’s just so sweet you can see how much they care about your dog when they are with them. Cici will for sure be back over and over again! 🥰”
