“Adriana has been so wonderful every step of the way! She was very flexible when I needed to reschedule our meet and greet. She welcomed my family and dog into her beautiful home and has a great set up for hosting dogs. She has a perfect fenced backyard and we were able to see how her dog and cat interacted with our high energy dog. We had a last-minute change of travel plans due to illness and Adriana was so kind and helped us figure out a new plan. Once we dropped off our dog she sent frequent video and photo updates. Her family made sure he had a lot of play time and exercise through games in their yard and neighborhood walks. She is very organized, kind and a great communicator. I highly recommend her and we will definitely trust her with our dog for future travel.”

“Ashton was great! Our dog Jack doesn't spend much time with other people and Ashton was very accommodating when our previous sitter (not from rover.com) canceled a week before the appointment. We received pictures and updates throughout the visit, communication was excellent! Thanks again, we look forward to meeting again when the need arises!!”

“This was our first experience using Rover and we struck gold with Vanessa. She was communicative and kept us updated on our pups while we were away. Our dogs can be a handful as one is VERY high energy, but she clearly knew what she was doing and they came home happy and healthy. I would highly recommend her to watch your pups!”

“Tilly seemed to enjoy her overnight stay and interacted well with Alexandra’s dog. There was excellent communication between us with several great status photos provided. Will certainly use her services again!”

“My dog, Calvin, was well cared for and seemed happy when I picked him up. Yingying provided several updates and videos and was responsive when I reached out well taking care of my dog which I appreciated.”

“Really the best care for your animal when when you can’t be there. We have used Christine 2 times and will def use again. Her and her family are wonderful and take care of our dog as it is there own! Highly recommend!!”

“Simply amazing—I recommend them wholeheartedly. She was attentive from the very first contact. We were quite apprehensive since it was Daisy's first time with a sitter, but they were very patient, and Daisy felt right at home! It is a healthy and safe environment. I will definitely contact her again if the need arises. We loved the care she received, and Daisy loved everything! Thank you.”

“I can't say enough good things about Lucille! She took amazing care of our little guy, sending thoughtful updates and photos throughout our time away. She was attentive to his needs, followed his routine perfectly, and clearly showered him with love and attention. Our dog came home happy and well-cared for. I would HIGHLY recommend Lucille to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter.”

“Gabbar had great time and Amanda took excellent care. I loved all the pictures sent and he seemed at home with Amanda. I will definitely use their help again if required.”

“Outstanding once again! Brooke cared for our dog while we were away for 12 days, she cared for Fina like she was her own. Kept us updated daily with photos and notes. Thank you Brooke again!! We appreciate you so very much!”

About: Back from a hiatus, a major client moved away. My reviews are a little old because all of my clients have become long term clients but i have doggy daycare 3-4 times per week typically. Let’s talk and have a meet and greet. Semi-private doggy daycare. I offer a private daycare BUT I do own an 8 year old Siberian husky and a 1.5 year old golden retriever. They are both very friendly, no incidents with other I will send you picture updates of your dog(s) as often as you want! I want to keep you informed of how your dog is doing and let you know that they are safe and having fun. I typically send pictures every 2 hours. I am also happy to help train or work on things with your dog too, just let me know. I don't want them to pick up any bad habits under my watch and will continue to train them according to your plan. I have a fenced in yard and allow dogs on the couch. I work from home so even while at work I can pay attention and let the dog(s) in and out of the yard. I “flex” my time so that I can work till 6pm or later to account for time away from my work to play with the dogs and give them attention. I keep my house very clean and do not allow items to lie around that could be a choking hazard. If you would like your dogs to socialize with others please let me know! By default, I do not book more than one client per day. I work Mon-Fri 8:00 - 5:30 at home and have every other Friday off. I flex my time so that I can make up any missed work time by working later. I am typically busy on weekends but in some cases we can work out something. In general, i do charge a but more for weekends but I also take they outside of the house to Mine Falls or a local area for some extra exercise and scenery. Overnights are negotiable too! I work from home so I am happy to provide daycare services at my house during the week and have even more time on the weekend. I work M-F 8:00 - 5:30 and have every other Friday off. I have a fenced in yard and live on a quiet cul-de-sac for short walks. I would also take the dog(s) to Mine Falls for longer walks. Dogs can sleep on the couch/bed or wherever they are most comfortable.
“Amanda and her family (including their awesome dog) took care of our pup as though she were their own. We received pictures and updates throughout her stay. We had great peace of mind knowing our little dog was receiving such ample love and attention. Our dog looks forward to a future stay with Amanda!”

“Theo did an amazing job. He sent the pictures of our Rebel and communicated with us every day. He has a nice quiet yard where my dog was safe. His family played with him and treated him with kindness, love and patience. I will ask for Theo's help in the future with no doubt. Thank you, Theo!”

About: I work full-time from home in Amherst, meaning your dog will never be left alone or crated for long stretches. I have a large, fully fenced-in yard where guest dogs can run safely alongside my friendly 35 lb Rat Terrier/Beagle mix, Wally! Because I only host ONE client family at a time, your pet gets 100% of my attention, unlimited bathroom breaks, and constant supervision throughout the day. Your dog won't be left alone or crated for hours while you're away. I take regular breaks throughout the day for yard play, potty breaks, and walks. Because I only take one client family at a time, your dog receives constant company alongside my friendly mix, Wally. Safety and comfort are my top priorities. “We are so grateful to have found Julia in our hometown! She was a fantastic sitter for our Samoyed and treated him like one of her own kiddos. She was a great communicator and provided multiple pictures and updates each day which we greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!”

“Jo Tom’s place is pristine clean and Jo is amazing😀This was the first time my 10-year-old Shih Tzu Lizzee had EVER been left with anyone other than those she knew. Jo was kind and loving from the moment we met and she and Lizzee became fast friends. Jo sent messages, photos and videos several times a day and responded to my inquiries within minutes. We will request Jo for any time we need dog boarding and have already sent in a request for this December😍 Thank you, thank you, and thank you again! I’m giving Jo Tom a hundred plus stars🌠”

Lindsey was great. I needed someone good at the last minute and luckily she was available. She kept us updated on what Izzy was up to (via pics and vids) and Izzy seems to have had a great time there with Lindsey and her girls. So, I will def be using her again when the need arises.

Lily did an amazing job with Hershey. He loved staying with her. She is very kind and caring and all the photos showed how comfortable he was at Lily's house. I highly recommend Lily and have only very positive feedback about his stay. We were away for an extended vacation and were so happy that we found Lily to care for our little guy. We are very much looking forward to having Hershey stay with Lily on our future vacations.

I would never leave my dog without first meeting someone, so the fact she suggested it made me feel right from the start we were on the same page. We had a meet and greet and came away feeling that Louie would be well cared for. It was clear Lainey genuinely cares for dogs. She was great with her communication and pictures. She kept us updated with his eating, exercise, mood and elimination. It was comforting to know how he was doing during the day, We look forward to his visit with her again this summer.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
