He was great accommodating a last minute change to my schedule as well. Had to board Oliver a day earlier than expected. All in all a pretty good first time experience boarding Oliver for multiple nights through Rover. I was nervous at first but will definitely consider Rolando for our future boarding needs.”

“Lily was absolutely amazing with my dog! I could not have hoped for more. She was attentive and kind and took the same care that with my dog as any owner would with their own pet. To give an example, Lily noticed a rash on my puppy, notified me, and brought her to my vet. I appreciate every part of that.. Seeing my dog and getting to know her, caring, and coordinating. I loved the daily photos and pictures. My dog will be happy to be in Lily's care in the future and I will have peace of mind knowing she is in good hands!”

“Jenn seemed to be very loving and caring with my dog! She sent me photos and/or videos every day he was with her. He seemed to have a grand old time playing with her doggie and running in the yard.”

“Nicholas did a wonderful job watching our two pups. He was very communicative about how they were doing and sent pictures every day of their stay. He was very conscientious about the instructions we left, as we forgot to eliminate giving them their vitamins because we had run out and he reached out to confirm that they weren't in the bag. He also went out and bought a new Gentle Leader when the one we sent got stuck closed -- he actually purchased two as the first on he purchased was too big, so he went and got another. He was also very accommodating when it came to drop off and pick up. We were kind of a last minute client and he had other clients before us and was willing to have a late drop off so there was no overlap and he was also let us pick up late. We would definitely use Nicolas again to watch our pups.”
