Hi, my name is Avery! I have been working with dogs professionally for 5 years. I train dogs, walk dogs, and board dogs. I have a passion for dogs, and I love to spend time outside no matter the weather. I am dog and cat first aid certified by Red Cross, and I have taken 4 years of veterinary science. My specialty is energetic dogs, or super hyper dogs, but I can handle all breeds and all temperments. I take safety and rules seriously, I provide a space where dogs can enjoy themselves while in my care while also limiting injury risk. I am flexible, so I can give all boarding dogs as much time and attention that they may need, and fulfill any special needs required. My goal is to provide you with peace of mind when you choose me for your boarding needs. I have 4 dogs, all friendly with people and other animals. I have a fenced-in yard, too. *I only accept crate trained dogs, as even though I am home most days, they will have to be crated at night and if I leave for their safety*

I booked a 3-week stay with Avery at the very last minute and she was incredible. She was communicative throughout the time and my dogs were happy and relaxed when we returned. She also took care of my elderly dog who requires twice a day medication, and she handled it with confidence. If we need a sitter again, we would choose her without doubt.
Avery accepted our dog Zeppelin for a last minute trip. She was very attentive, communicative and sent us pics of our beloved family dog. My young kids loved the pictures she sent. If I ever need a sitter again or if anyone asks, I will absolutely recommend Avery for the future!!!
Avery took us his client at the very last minute when our prior arrangements had fallen through. Avery was very responsive was great sending pictures and updates and our dog shall be. Schedule
I work from home and my job is very flexible. I can make time morning, afternoon, evening for any pets in my care. I don't really go out and most of my hobbies are done at home. If your pet is dog friendly, they will hangout with me and my dogs and fall into our routine (unless otherwise noted). We get up around 8 and they get potty breaks every few hours or so.

Safety, trust & environment
I treat any animal like my own animals. I have one senior dog dog can't use the stairs so I installed a ramp for her so she can get into the yard. I will happily accommodate your pet the same way. My yard is fenced and there are no escape paths. I have a finished basement with an entry to the yard, if your pet isn't dog friendly or something goes wrong in the group, I can keep everyone separated and prioritize the guest pet.
