“Ralph was amazing with our two pups! We went on vacation for a week and were struggling to place our two dogs, Zeus and Daisy. Zeus is a bull terrier and is usually breed restricted at mainly any boarding location. We didn’t want to leave him like that for so long and turned to Rover for assistance. We found Ralph, and did a meet and greet. My dogs are typically weary of strangers but took to him instantly! He listed to their needs and adjusted accordingly. Zeus does not like his paws touching hard floor (I know 😂) - Ralph put carpet down on his kitchen floors to help him! They also cannot be around other dogs and Ralph made sure to keep his home free of sitting any other dogs during our time. He sent daily updates, taking them on walks and play time. I didn’t worry about a thing - 10 out of 10 would recommend and will definitely seek him out again!”

His large fenced-in backyard was a plus as my dogs love to roam and play. She provided the friendliest and safest home away from home we could ever wish for our pup. Xiaofan went above and beyond in every respect. Also, she is so very kind, and so generous with her time and energy, and she really got to know Sam! Our pup got lots of attention and exercise. And Xiaofan kept us updated with a steady stream of pictures and text messages. This was a perfect boarding experience and we'll definitely have Sam stay with Xiaofan and her lovely family again in the future. Recommended without reservation!”

This was the first time I was leaving shadow with someone and he made me feel comfortable and even sent me pictures throughout my vacation. We can’t recommend Connor enough!! We were in a tight spot having to be out of town less than a week after welcoming our new German Shepherd puppy. After reaching out to Connor with all the details, he took on Beau for a whole week and was extremely communicative sending updates and photos/videos which we so appreciated! He worked through Beau’s uncertainty eating out of a bowl and even found the time to start working on some simple commands with him. Connor was extremely prepared with all of the necessities like a pen, a crate, extra poop bags, and some fun treats that Beau loved too. Connor was a total life saver and we wouldn’t hesitate to have him watch Beau again next time we’re away!
