Our old lady dog had a stressful time without us and Lisa was so patient with her and kept us in the loop the whole time. It was so nice to come home to a house not covered in furr like we normally do, so thank you Lisa! Would highly recommend her and will absolutely use her in the future.
Thrilled to have Jamie help us out over the last week. We felt very comfortable knowing that Jamie's dedication and expertise were on the job. We received regular updates, and when I responded with some very specific concerns (very specific...about bunny behavior related to wellbeing), she immediately responded with knowledge and observations that gave me peace of mind. All pets were happy and healthy upon our return, household was neat and clean, and I was able to relax while we were away. We look forward to working with Jamie again.
We just moved to the area and didn’t feel comfortable leaving our one-year-old pup in the house by herself, so we booked Julianne for big a night out - 5 hours. She was awesome! Brady was great with our 2 dogs who have very strong personalities (one with separation anxiety, the other with over-excitement). He asked informed questions at the meet and greet to get to know them and provided updates and great communication throughout. The dogs were tired and happy upon return home!
Emma was a great dog sitter. She was both communicative and diligent in sending updates. The dogs were happy and well taken care of when we got back. Emma was also very flexible and understanding about logistical challenges that came up with travel and willing to accommodate where she could. I would definitely rebook Emma again for our next trip.
