About: As a lifetime dog lover and owner, your dog will be in good hands here. I have fostered and provided basic training to over 14 puppies in the past year and I remain close with almost all of the adopters. I have two hound/ lab mix rescues - Spencer is 8 YO and Peaches is 7 MO. Both were rescued at almost 4 months old and both are neutered and spayed. Our household (me, my husband, our HS Senior, and our pups) loves dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, and temperments. We (our dogs included) understand how to read cues and body language and respond appropriately. My promise to you and your fur babies are that they will have plenty of walks, indoor/ outdoor playtime, potty breaks as needed and as frequently as every 30 min, training and mental stimulation games, water, a comfortable space to rest, and as their health and well being are my top priority, they will have adult supervision at all times. I will only board dogs of the same household in my home at one time. The exception to this is if they are already known friends. Communication is important - tell me their likes, dislikes, known commands, feeding schedules, dietary/ physical restrictions, medication needs, etc. and I will ensure to follow the rules and schedules of your home. I will send plenty of updates and pics and if needed I am happy to give baths and nail trims — if they don't mind them. I guarantee your dogs will return home happy. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! Training commands I practice regularly are sit, lay down, paw, wait, come, short leash training, and potty training. Spencer and Peaches have proven to be great trainers as well! During meet and greets or via messages I can share what I have for toys, treats, bath time shampoo, pet conditioner, nail trims, etc. I'm happy to use what you provide as well. My schedule is currently very flexible. The majority of my work is remote. As I work towards my next business venture, I would like to continue my passion of working with dogs using positive reinforcement. I have a large yard surrounded by woods in a quiet community. When dogs are in the yard they have leashes on them unless they have good recall as the yard is not fenced. I will always be outside with them with a pouch full of treats. I also have a gated porch to ensure dogs can enjoy time sitting on the porch and will not escape into the yard when we open the slider. Walks in the neighborhood and on trails are always on leash. If your dog is accustomed to the Chelmsford dog park, I would be happy to bring them there as well once I get to know them. I use adjustable doggy seatbelts while driving. I will only bring two dogs max. Feeding schedule is two or three times per day depending on each dogs schedule. They will eat alongside of my dogs or they can have their own space to eat without distractions. I have two large crates with a divider to create a smaller space if needed. Most dogs have full access to the main first floor. The upstairs is available to fully trained dogs after getting to know them better. I have multiple gates to block access to rooms when needed. I get to know all dogs I board by communicating with their owners and with close frequent observation. I ere on the side of caution, test in small increments in safe quiet settings, building trust and increasing freedom accordingly with the best intentions to ensure their safety and security. New high value dog bones are prohibited while boarding. I have plenty of safe, dog friendly bones and toys here that I'm sure will keep your pup(s) happy.

I love nature so long dog walks are never boring. I also have experience petsitting so I’ll make sure your pet is never lonely. I am able to stay with your pet all day and on weekends as well. The longest I would be out is 4 hours, but that would be very intermittent. I’m respectful of clients’ homes and I want the pet to be as comfortable as possible. About: Over the years I've had many pets including cats, ferrets, dogs, hamsters, birds, snakes, lizards, and frogs. I love animals, I am a vegan, and I have always had a good, respectful relationship with animals. I've always been able to work with large dogs and do not fear them or their size. I do have a healthy respect for large dogs, but I don't fear them. I'm a cuddler, but if your pet doesn't want that, I don't force it on them. However, should your pets want all of the cuddles, I say bring it on! If you are looking for a housesitter that is unafraid of snakes, lizards, tarantulas, or other creepy, crawly pets, you've found her! I actually love spiders. I look forward to working with you and your pets! While my son is in school, I have free daytime hours that I can dedicate to your pets, for walks, quality time, feeding, medications, and more. About: We have had dogs in our lives since we can remember. Lived with large breeds including Mastiffs and Saint Bernards; no issue handling very large breeds. Taken care of many elderly dogs and know what that entails and would be happy to provide any specialized care. Administering medicine; assisting with getting up or getting around. Comfortable cleaning up after and taking care of younger pups. We have a safe and comfortable home with a large yard and currently one dog. Ryder; a Duck Tolling Retriever. He is well behaved and gets along well with other dogs. Pets can also be separated if needed. Trails across the street to go on longs walks and a lake to take the dogs swimming. We are a dependable and caring couple that would love to assist in watching your beloved pet.

About: As a recently retired professional with a background in social work, I bring an understanding of consistency and an individualized approach when it comes to dog walking. I am an avid walker who enjoys being in the outdoors during all the seasons, making me well suited whether it’s a leisurely stroll or a more energetic walk. “Lucille hosted Kona for a week while we were away and it went wonderfully! We received daily updates and pictures of Kona so we could always see and know what she was up to. Lucille kept Kona busy with daily walks and fetch which are Kona’s favorites! We really appreciated Lucille’s attention to detail with wanting to know and follow Kona’s usual routines to help her feel comfortable. Kona has some medical needs which always makes leaving her with a sitter a bit anxiety provoking but Lucille made us feel at ease with her communication around medications as well.
