About: My journey with animals did not start as a job. It began when I was 10 years old and welcomed my first cat into my life. Since then, animals have always been part of my world. I also grew up with a beloved Shih Tzu who was part of our family for 16 wonderful years and taught me what patient, devoted, long-term care truly looks like. About: I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully, keep pets active with walks and playtime, and send regular updates and photos so owners feel confident that their pets are happy and well cared for. I’m currently not working, so I have a flexible schedule and I’m available most days of the week. I have plenty of time to care for cats, including feeding, playing, cleaning litter boxes, and giving them attention. I can also visit multiple times a day if needed and follow the owner’s instructions carefully. I make sure every cat feels safe, calm, and comfortable. I follow the owner’s instructions for feeding, playtime, and care. I keep the environment clean and pay close attention to the cat’s behavior and needs. “I knew Xiaofan and her golden was the perfect match for my sweet 1 1/2 yr old labradoodle Ollie at our first meet & greet and knew he would be in good hands. Xiaofan kept Ollie on his schedule and was able to work through some of his stubborn behaviors (crate, eating). She sent me pictures daily, and kept me updated on Ollie’s activities. I felt completely comfortable and was able to enjoy our 4 days without worry! I will definitely use Xiaofan again.”
