Lily is a great communicator, attentive to the each dog’s personality and needs. We appreciated the regular pictures on our pup’s status. He seemed very content when we came to pick him up. “Peanut had the best time with Rupendra and Lora! They were so accommodating especially when I was running late to pick her up. They sent frequent photos, videos and updates which made me feel so much better knowing she was happy and comfortable with them as it is her first time boarding in quite a while. They administered her medication as directed and kept me up to date on how she was eating. Given her condition I felt extremely comfortable knowing she was taken care of and I would absolutely rebook with them!”

“Our four pound Teacup Poodle, Moira, had a terrific time. We were worried about leaving our purse puppy but Steve and Marcia were so comforting. They are committed to have your pup feel pampered and nurtured. They sent daily photos and videos. Moira had so much fun and her two weeks away was like an adventure for her. Marcia and Steve worked on her barking and we are following up on their suggestions. We will definitely use Marcia and Steve in the future.
