I’ve had several dogs as pets & no longer have one of my own. In my youth I enjoyed watching neighbors cats or dogs when they’d travel. I’ve always had a great experience caring for others furry family members. I’d love to care for your pet as if it were my own!

Ami is great! Our dog is very nervous with pet sitters, and she takes great care of him.
Our family loved Ami, especially Milli! She was so kind and caring with our strong and spirited girl! I was uneasy leaving her for the first time but we felt so comfortable with Ami. She gave her the exercise and stimulation she needed and treated her like her own!

Ami and family took great care of Nell, our 13 year-old Golden, We left Nell in their care while we went to a family event and she seemed vey happy when we picked her up a week later. Nell is an old girl who doesn't appreciate other dogs and needs a little extra attention/meds at mealtimes, and Ami had no problems with that. We found Ami and family to be very responsive to us and caring and responsible to Nell. Receoomeded
Ami was FANTASTIC!! So caring/loving to my girl & even gave her a bath as she was all sandy. Very much appreciated (and unexpected) followed all instructions to a tee & we will definitely be coming back. Thank you, again!!
Ami was very wonderful! She was accommodating to pickup/drop off times. Has great response time, sends updates on your pet. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter!

Schedule
I am currently working remotely. My working hours can be flexible allowing time as needed for getting outside for a walk (or a run!) and giving your pet playtime and lots of attention. I only take one dog at a time unless they are from the same home. The first Tuesday of every month I have an in person staff meeting. This is often only a couple hours. Please message me if your needed dates include the 1st Tuesday of the month, I may be able to accept the request based on your pups routine of how long he or she can be comfortably home alone.

I'm willing to use your crate if needed. I live on a quiet dead end street with a great neighborhood for walks. My husband and two teenage sons are avid dog lovers and will enjoy any time spent with your furry family member! Our home is pet friendly - we do not have toxic plants and are very cautious not to have any hazardous materials/chemicals where you pet would be. I love to learn about your pets routines and habits to allow for an enjoyable comforting stay with my family. I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years - including nursing roles- making caring for others my strongest character trait. I am also very comfortable providing medications both oral and injectable should your pet have the need. My family and I love all of repeat stay dogs, it’s great seeing the same dogs and amazing families again!
A typical day
Getting outside for walks/ runs in my neighborhood or playing outdoors at a nearby empty fair grounds. Following your lead on a typical day, your dog will have plenty of attention from me and my family. Lots of patting and relaxing with your pet.
