I grew up in a house full of pets. We had two dogs, a cat, two ferrets, two parakeets, and a rabbit. Unfortunately, my husband is allergic and we can’t have a pet full-time in our house. To fill that void, I spend my summers loving on your fur babies! My children, 10 and 12, are also animal lovers and often are with me caring for the animals. I am a loving and gentle nurturer. I love to provide owners with pictures and updates, as many as you want and need. I’m also happy to take care of anything at the house that needs tending – mail, plants, cleaning, etc. I look forward to connecting with you! I have full availability over the summer and I am willing to accommodate any kind of schedule. During the fall and winter, my availability is limited to evenings and weekends. My preference is to care for your pet in your home. My kids (12 and 10) sometimes accompany me, as they also love to care for animals and are learning how to be productive and responsible. If you prefer I solely care for your animals, that is completely fine. I always defer to the client and their pet's needs. If I'm providing boarding in my home, the animal will be restricted to our first floor. I do not have a fenced in yard, so I would provide frequent walks throughout the day.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs my entire life. I have also previously dog and cat sat. I love taking the dogs for long walks and just playing in the yard! I am currently working part time and am able to pet sit overnight and go to my morning shift and be home to let the dogs out midday on days I am working. I previously worked at Petsmart, so I can administer medication to a variety of pets, including lizards and birds! You can trust me with your puppy, houstrained or not, up to your oldest, biggest dog. I also take care of the family cat and love spending time with cats in general. During the weekdays and weekends I have all the time in the world for your pet as needed! Early days or late nights are just fine. Whatever your pet wants or needs, I can give 100%. They can get up on the couch with me, I will give them long walks and they'll get plenty of belly rubs and treats! For cats they're such picky little rascals that I will adjust to their needs, whether that's playing or giving them space.
