I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life, and caring for animals has always come naturally to me. I have over 5 years of experience caring for animals through friends, family, and clients, and I previously volunteered with a dog rescue organization. Through these experiences, I’ve worked with dogs of different temperaments, energy levels, and behavioral needs. I have experience with puppies through senior dogs, including administering oral medications and supporting basic training and reinforcement. I also have hands-on experience working with leash manners, redirection, basic commands, and reading canine body language.

My goal is to provide dependable, thoughtful care so you can feel completely confident leaving your pet in my hands.

Sheylah did a great job overnight with our two cats and dog. Communicated well and all was in order
Sheylah was exceptionally communicative and very professional and warm. She sent me daily updates on all of the medications my cats take which really or my mind at ease and kept everything very clean. Will absolutely be working with her again in the future. Thank you Sheylah!!
Had an emergency come up and Sheylah was able to stop by on short notice and take care of our dog. We’re very grateful of how accommodating she was and how thoroughly she handled the instructions we gave her!
Sheylah was fantastic!! She was very prompt with all of the visits, communicated how our kitties were doing daily and thoroughly answered all of our questions. Our kitties seemed very happy when we got home and felt that they were well cared for while we were away. I currently work full time in pet care and maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs whenever possible. I intentionally organize my availability to provide reliable, consistent care and clear communication for each client and pet. I’m happy to coordinate timing in advance and do my best to accommodate different scheduling needs whenever possible. Please feel free to reach out to discuss your pet’s routine and care needs.
