I intentionally organize my availability to provide reliable, consistent care and clear communication for each client and pet. Rescue-Experienced Dog Care 🐾
Pet care experience
I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life, and caring for animals has always come naturally to me. I have over 5 years of experience caring for animals through friends, family, and clients, and I previously volunteered with a dog rescue organization. Through these experiences, I’ve worked with dogs of different temperaments, energy levels, and behavioral needs. I have experience with puppies through senior dogs, including administering oral medications and supporting basic training and reinforcement. I also have hands-on experience working with leash manners, redirection, basic commands, and reading canine body language.

Sheylah was great with our pup and the bunnies! She took care to be attentive to the details about our pets, and sent updates and photos so that we would feel at ease about being gone for a long day. So happy we found her and will definitely book again!
Sheylah was wonderful with our very old dog. She went above and beyond learning what her needs and likes were. She is pretty savvy about asking all the right questions in caring for our Annie. I felt very comfortable having Sheylah live in our home while looking after our doggy. If we have the opportunity again to get away, Sheylah will be the first call I make.
