About: Previously had a full time pet care business but we moved! Starting up again because my dog misses her friends. We go outside often and my dog will have your dog playing as much as they’ll allow. Your dog will have plenty of mental stimulation, play time, outside time, cuddles, and chill time. I do allow pets on the furniture but I can avoid it if that is your training. I have worked with many trainers and found my style to be more of keeping the dogs calm and regulated while still allowing for playtime and plenty of mental stimulation. We do about a 1-2 hour walk almost every day if you’d like your dog to come along! I have an extremely flexible schedule. I do not typically leave home for more than 4 hours at a time. I do a park walk or hike for 1-2 hours a day. If it’s too hot or cold we can play in the “dog room” and take quick walks outside or play in the kiddie pool in the yard! We are at the end of a dead end street. I board dogs at my home. I am very safety oriented with my dog and clients’ dogs. We do not go to dog parks. Dogs stay on lead unless they are in a fenced in space. We avoid all other dog interactions in public. I listen to your specific directions for feeding, medications, quirks, reactivity, triggers, etc. I have gates and an extra room if needed. Bring a familiar object for your dog like a blanket and toy for their crate. I only crate at night, for dinner time (to avoid resource guarding), or for safety/health reasons.

Her Border Collie is so sweet and gentil. Our puppy was really happy she has a mature big sister and perfect playmate! Ashley was great with scout! She consistently checked in with photos of how he was doing and he had a great time! We picked him up and he was so happy and relaxed. This was our first time leaving him with multiple other dogs over night but Ashley reassured us she’d keep a close eye, especially over potential territorial trigger points like food and toys. Ultimately, all went very well and we’re so glad we chose Ashley!
I was over the top happy with the care that our dog got while we were away for five days. Very nice people and their dog Walter is just a sweetheart, and our baby girl got a lot of socialization that she needed. I did not need to worry at all, and Bonnie sent me an update in picture each day. I was very much of peace with her staying with them and will definitely be requesting them again in the future.
