“My Westie was kept in a cage outside for 8 years before she was rescued. I’ve had her for 2 years and we had never spent a night apart. We did a “test” day in the summer with Oana and she did fine although she spent most of the day sitting on the couch. This time she stayed for a week, and I was very nervous about how she’d do as she likes to have a visual on me at all times. On drop off day Oana took her by her leash and walked off with her and she never looked back at me. She had a great week at “camp” with no problem sleeping or eating. Oana sent photos every day and it was great to see my Westie interacting with the other dogs, even initiating play. Clearly, I was more anxious than she was. All the messages and photos Oana sent allowed me to enjoy my time away and see that my Westie was in good hands. She was well taken care of, and we look forward to more days at “camp.””

“Luis and his family were absolutely wonderful! Such a nice and tidy home too. I was nervous to leave my German Shepherd with a sitter because she can be skittish and on guard, but she was super comfortable with Luis! I can't thank him enough.”

He was great accommodating a last minute change to my schedule as well. Had to board Oliver a day earlier than expected. All in all a pretty good first time experience boarding Oliver for multiple nights through Rover. I was nervous at first but will definitely consider Rolando for our future boarding needs.”
