“Deepika saved our trip to Boston!!! We planned to visit Boston with our 2 dogs, a Belgian Malinois and a German Shepherd mix, and walk around the city. We realized too late that many places had animal restrictions, and we could not take the dogs with us. I sent messages to approx 8 Rover people late night and Deepika was the only person that responded in a short time, I was able to coordinate with her the care of the dogs for the next day without issues. She kept us informed every hour of the dogs whereabouts with pictures and videos, also messages of the activities she was conducting with them. Took them for walks and fed the dogs without issues. “At first, I was skeptical of boarding my sweet doodle. But after meeting Kimm and Ken prior to our trip, they made us feel comfortable. They have a beautiful pond in the back with ducks. They sent in photos every day which helped ease our guilt for leaving our pup. Maui had such a good time! He didn’t even want to come back home, as a matter of fact, he seemed a little sad for the next few days after. When Maui had a hard time eating his food, Kimm gave him organs and broth to mix with his food like we do at home and he ate it. She went above and beyond. Maui had exercise and played with friends everyday. I would 100% reach out to this lovely couple for any dog sitting or boarding in the future.”

Williana did an amazing job with are dog Gizmo. She kept us updated every day with pictures and letting us know how he was doing. We were afraid he wasn’t gonna eat, and she got him to eat. She made him feel comfortable. They went for walks and Gizmo got to enjoy being in the nice big back yard. Gizmo also made a new friend Ripley. Would definitely leave Gizmo again. Ashley was great with scout! She consistently checked in with photos of how he was doing and he had a great time! We picked him up and he was so happy and relaxed. This was our first time leaving him with multiple other dogs over night but Ashley reassured us she’d keep a close eye, especially over potential territorial trigger points like food and toys. Ultimately, all went very well and we’re so glad we chose Ashley!
I was over the top happy with the care that our dog got while we were away for five days. Very nice people and their dog Walter is just a sweetheart, and our baby girl got a lot of socialization that she needed. I did not need to worry at all, and Bonnie sent me an update in picture each day. I was very much of peace with her staying with them and will definitely be requesting them again in the future.
