“Nathan was very responsive and accommodating. This was my first time using Rover & I will continue to use this app and book with him whenever available. With maybe 3 days notice, he committed to cat sitting my 2 cats for a week, with twice a day drop by’s. He fed my cats, cleaned their bowls everyday, changed out their water and changed their cat box everyday. He also guaranteed daily belly rubs, which I loved. He is very understanding of animals and their personalities. One of my cats is very loving to everybody & he gave him all the attention he could. The other is avoidant of people he doesn’t know and he gave him that space until he became comfortable and came into HIS space. He was very informative, sent many pictures & clear updates that I looked forward to, twice a day. I feel like he didn’t look at it as a chore but that he genuinely loved animals. I will book him with over and over. Not only do you want somebody to be comfortable giving your animals the love & care they need, but you also want somebody that you can trust in your home. Even though they knocked stuff down, he didn’t want to touch anything outside of care instructions left so he left things where my fur babies left them and communicated with me what happened. My cats weren’t as excited to see me as I thought because they were so used to him! Can’t recommend him enough!”

About: I am a true animal lover, I have had dogs, cats and horses my whole life from puppy to elderly. I am a horse/ dog person and a semi retired Artist/Painter who works from home. I have a beautiful old farmhouse that is completely dog friendly. I created my back yard for my dogs, its one acre fenced and would rival any dog park. Off the kitchen I have a screen porch with fans that is adjacent to an outdoor umbrella covered stone patio with a stone ramp rather than stairs that leads to the back yard. In the summer there is a pool I fill on warm days for the pups to play in. The yard has shade areas, sun areas and woodland areas as well as outdoor hot and cold running water. I have dozens of dogs that come to stay with me several times a year for the past several years, each pull on their lead to get in and owners/parents are so thrilled that their dog is so happy to be here. I send image updates while you are away to show you what fun your dog is having. my house is dog heaven!!! Dogs have always been part of my life, and will always be. I am a true animal person. I love them all and will take care of your fur baby as if he or she was my own. I have a fenced yard and one wonderful 45 lb female retriever rescue mix. I also have a cat, I have the ability to put the cat in the other part of the house if needed. Please advise me if your dog does not like cats when booking and again prior to your arriving. Your dog is welcome to sleep where he or she likes, if you have a special bed or crate you are welcome to bring it. Dogs are only allowed in the back yard and house I do not allow any dogs in the front yard and request when you bring them in they are on leash. My front yard is walled and gated leashing them is just a double precaution due to the road. I do not accept any dog that will try to escape, is not dog friendly, aggressive or is destructive. This is a fabulous environment, all the dogs get along and have fun. It’s a vacation or camp for your pup.

About: I am taking care of dogs since I was 13 years old when I got my first dog, I worked with an NGO as I grew to help with rescues. I have been around dogs all my life basically. When I moved countries I decided to expand my family and we got Blu :) (my husky) I treat all fur babies as part of my family, and make sure the pet feels safe and loved. Be ready to get alot of pics and videos of your fur baby when you leave them with me I work from home, its me and my husky while kids and husband are out most of the day :) We go out for walks, we have a small dog park sometimes we go there as well. I take Blu 3 times for her walk as she enjoys it and I get to complete my steps I live in an apartment (1500 Sq Ft) no fenced yard but we have well maintained society where I take them out for walk, we also have a small park for them to run and burn energy. We enjoy a good company !

About: I have lived with dogs my entire life! Currently I have one small senior little dog in our home today. Dogs are allowed on furniture and we have a large fenced in yard with plenty of space for your dog to run around! I 100% work from home and have flexible schedules so that I can play/take your dog/s for a walk throughout the day based on their schedule. I am fully remote and have a flexible schedule. When the weather is nice I tend to work in our backyard so your pets can play outside all they want. Summer months my 4 & 6 year old will be around towards the end of the day and they are balls of energy and love playing with new dog friends. I have a large fenced in back yard for your pets. I’ve been the go-to pet sitter for my coworkers for years, and I truly enjoy caring for animals like they’re my own. Whether it’s playtime, snuggles, walks, or just keeping your pets company while you’re away, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I currently work in a medical office Tuesday-Friday 7:30am-5pm. Though I am able to house sit these days, I am unable to let them out during the day while I am at work. Saturday-Monday I am free to give all my attention to your pets! I am very energetic, just like your pups. I love to walk with or without a dog. If I am pet sitting, I am very good at sticking to directions so I can care for your animals exactly how you want them to be cared for while throwing in a couple extra play times!

“I knew Xiaofan and her golden was the perfect match for my sweet 1 1/2 yr old labradoodle Ollie at our first meet & greet and knew he would be in good hands. Xiaofan kept Ollie on his schedule and was able to work through some of his stubborn behaviors (crate, eating). She sent me pictures daily, and kept me updated on Ollie’s activities. “We really want to leave a bad review so we can selfishly keep Dolev all to ourselves, but she was truly amazing with our nervous dog Max. We knew within an hour that we were leaving him in such good and caring hands that it mad our trip away even more relaxing.
