My human asked me to share another review because Heidi has now watched over me twice, for long stretches, and frankly… she deserves every kind word I can give her. When my human goes away, I admit I feel a little unsure at first. But then Heidi arrives — and suddenly everything feels okay again. Twice a day, she checks in on me, makes sure my food is just right, my water is fresh, and my home feels safe and calm. She talks to me softly, keeps my routine steady, and somehow always seems to know when I want a little attention or when I’d rather just lounge and watch her from my spot. It’s not easy to earn my trust, but Heidi has it completely. Every time my human comes home, they can tell I’ve been well cared for and even a little spoiled (in the best way). “Walter was so courteous and showed up on time every day and I could tell me animals were taken care of. He even offered more support for the animals for an extended period when my travel was impacted by the snow. He came 2x a day for my dogs and played with them and even stayed extra time s few times, and was able to give them medications and feed them, along with my cats as well. He was also very communicative, and followed instructions. I can tell my animals are happy. I will be using Walter again!”
