“Steven took the best care of my two cats, Tango and Mango!! They are rambunctious orange tabbies with big personalities and I was hesitant about using someone unfamiliar to them. Steven offered to do a meet and greet before. He visited daily for two weeks. He did an excellent job feeding them, changing their litter, and spending time with them. Steven provided daily updates and pictures, which was much appreciated. He stayed in communication with me and made me feel at ease. The cats really liked him! I would absolutely recommend Steven to anyone looking for a reliable cat sitter. I will definitely be a repeat customer!”

“Kate was great with communication the entire weekend watching my dogs and cat. She sent updates and pictures that let me know how they were doing. She was wonderful!”

“Catherine was wonderful to my kitties and a joy to work with. She’s reliable and resourceful even when my locks were finicky. She went above and beyond to care for my long haired cats, and I am so grateful to her.”

“Paws and crab were well cared for. Suzie had a lot of meds to feed our senior cat. I had wonderful pictures of them playing. This was a twice a day commitment so I was very happy with Suzies time and care. I would highly recommend her.”

“Danielle was fantastic! Super friendly, easy to communicate with. Danielle did drop in visits daily for our cat while we were out of state over the holidays for a little over a week - she even popped over to visit the house and meet the cat prior to our departure. She sent daily photos and texts, even brought in some mail that had been delivered unexpectedly. We're so happy to have found her and will definitely book her again.”
“Holly did a terrific job! She dealt with an unexpected situation (my fault, gave her the wrong key) with ease. She inspires confidence, took the time to take care of everything we requested.”

About: Hello there! I am a full-time musician and a major dog-lover. I have a 5 year old rescue Australian Cattle Dog mix. I love to play, walk and run with furry friends and make music with them (This is quite an entertaining activity for both of us, and a great way to keep them busy). Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Wilmington
The best pet sitter I had for my cats. I had hired a few other pet sitters in the past but Jessica surpassed all of them and exceeded my expectations. The pictures and videos that she shared with me daily showed my cats were happy with her. What more does a pet parent need? Thanks Jessica! You were truly awesome 👏

Kind, intuitive, and easy to work with. Wen Shin, with no advanced noticed, was able to meet me for a key hand off and immediately cover a weekend of drop-ins with my little guy. They took great care of him and followed all instructions. Looking forward to booking again!

Erin checked in on our cats while we were out of town for a couple of days and she was amazing!! Went the extra mile to make sure our kitties were taken care of and sent lots of pics and updates. So grateful to have found her, we recently moved and finding a reliable, trustworthy sitter can be difficult. We will definitely be using Erin in the future.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
