About: ⸻ I have a soft spot for pets of all ages and needs! Over the years, I’ve cared for special needs cats and dogs, including those needing insulin injections or paraplegia support. I grew up with senior dogs—a sweet chow chow named Akeala (who lived to 16!) and two Scottish terriers, Abby (14) and Duncan (10)—so I understand the patience and extra love older pets need. I’m also experienced with reactive behavior and even farm animals. At home, I’m kept busy by my Bernedoodle, Ty, and my black cat, Raven. Because of them, I’m well-stocked with treats, toys, and enrichment activities. Whether your pet thrives on social time or prefers a quieter environment, I can make them feel comfortable and cared for. I also know all the best local dog parks and trails for safe, fun adventures. My 9-5 role is fully remote, which gives me some flexibility in my schedule. Availability may vary, so please feel free to check my calendar and reach out with any questions. I’m committed to giving your pet the very best care. Throughout the day, they’ll enjoy plenty of potty breaks, playtime, and cuddles. I’m happy to take them for walks, welcome them into my home for boarding, or provide companionship for a set period of time. While I rarely offer in-home house sitting at the owner’s residence, I’m always open to discussing your needs. Please share your pet’s favorite spots, routines, or activities ahead of time so I can make their stay as happy and comfortable as possible. I’m happy to accommodate special requests and tailor my care to suit your pet’s unique personality and needs.

About: Having grown up in a multi-pet household myself, I know first-hand the level of care and dedication that owning pets entails. I began petsitting when I was 12 years old, and have greatly enjoyed doing such in the years since. Friends, family, and neighbors have entrusted me on many occasions to take care of their pets. Aside from petsitting, I worked at a doggy daycare for nearly two years, where I built genuine and deeply meaningful bonds with all of the dogs in my care. I’ve worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes, temperaments, personalities, and energy levels. I have experience with training young puppies, including my own. I understand that every dog or cat is unique in their own way and that building trusting and meaningful relationships with animals take time and patience. With this, I try to meet every cat or dog where they are at and adjust my approach where necessary. For example, with shy or timid pets, I like to give them the space they need and work slowly to build trust and confidence to where they are fully comfortable in my presence. I am committed to making every visit a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. I’m currently working part-time at the moment, so I’ll have plenty of time to play and care with your pet(s). The routine for each visit will depend on your pets’ needs, personality, temperament, and energy level. I will send pictures and updates of how your pet is doing by text throughout the day. I’ll make sure your pets have an positive and enjoyable experience, get plenty of play time/exercise, enrichment, and attention. Your pets’ safety is of utmost importance, and I’ll do everything in my power to make sure the environment is safe at all times. This could include but not limited to making sure to close or lock doors behind me, gating off rooms that are off-limit, crating your pet at night or when I leave, keeping things your pet may get to out of reach or locked away, following medication or feeding schedules, taking dogs’ out more frequently or at given times throughout day, being respectful of any allergies you, your household, or pet(s) may have. This will depend on you and your pets’ needs. As always, I’ll send updates and pictures throughout the day.
