About: Having grown up in a multi-pet household myself, I know first-hand the level of care and dedication that owning pets entails. I began petsitting when I was 12 years old, and have greatly enjoyed doing such in the years since. Friends, family, and neighbors have entrusted me on many occasions to take care of their pets. Aside from petsitting, I worked at a doggy daycare for nearly two years, where I built genuine and deeply meaningful bonds with all of the dogs in my care. The routine for each visit will depend on your pets’ needs, personality, temperament, and energy level. I will send pictures and updates of how your pet is doing by text throughout the day. I’ll make sure your pets have an positive and enjoyable experience, get plenty of play time/exercise, enrichment, and attention. Your pets’ safety is of utmost importance, and I’ll do everything in my power to make sure the environment is safe at all times. This could include but not limited to making sure to close or lock doors behind me, gating off rooms that are off-limit, crating your pet at night or when I leave, keeping things your pet may get to out of reach or locked away, following medication or feeding schedules, taking dogs’ out more frequently or at given times throughout day, being respectful of any allergies you, your household, or pet(s) may have. This will depend on you and your pets’ needs. As always, I’ll send updates and pictures throughout the day.
