I grew up with animals and am comfortable with caring for all types- dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, other rodents and reptiles! I have experience with high energy and anxious dogs like my Australian shepherd. Because my own dog struggles with resource guarding, I am able to recognize stress signals and manage the environment to prevent stress. I believe that positive reinforcement is the best way to build trust! I have also house sat for my friend's cats and have owned guinea pigs and hamsters in the past. Although I have not cared for a reptile yet, I have done extensive research in the hopes of getting one! Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities, just let me know what your pet needs and I'll be able to follow through while providing you updates throughout the day!

I'll do my best to make sure your furbaby gets the physical exercise and mental stimulation they need. I can also crate your dog if needed and follow any current reinforcement training

Wen Shin is awesome! She is reliable, kind and patient with my big puppy. That says a lot bc my puppy is teething, huge and rambunctious. HIghly recommend Wen Shin!
Wen Shin (or Charis!) was fantastic. She is responsive, gentle, and very kind. She housesat my cat for 5 days during my work trip and I was completely reassured. She sent daily pictures and I came back to a spotless apartment. Would absolutely book again.
Did a really great job with our senior dogs!
Wen took fantastic care of our cats while we were away for a week. She gave them lots of playtime and got our shy cat to warm up to her. Highly recommend!!

Schedule
I'm currently in class and can be there for your pet in the mornings before 10-12pm and after 1-3pm, depending on the day. My Wednesdays and weekends are free and completely flexible! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ For drop ins and walks (with the exception of summer breaks and holidays), I am available: Monday - before 11.30am and after 2pm Tuesdays - before 9.30am and after 3.30pm Wednesday - free Thursday - before 10.30 am and after 4.30pm Friday - before 9.50am, between 11.30am and 1.30pm and after 3.30pm Saturdays and Sundays - free
