“This was our first time boarding our new puppy (13 weeks old) and we were nervous but Mercis was so wonderful and met with us and our pup ahead of time so we felt very comfortable before we left our littlest family member for the long weekend. We ended up being trapped down in Puerto Rico because they closed the Caribbean airspace and she kept him an extra 5 days, no questions asked. It was such a relief knowing Gus was safe and with a loving family that took care of him like their own. She sent us pictures and updates everyday, which was so appreciated.
Jen was amazing with our dog Toby! He usually gets really anxious with new people and new places, but she made him feel comfortable right away. She sent me daily updates and photos, and even went out of her way to pick up ear drops for him at her local pet store. We’re so grateful for how well she treated Toby and will definitely book with her again. Highly recommend Jen to anyone looking for a sitter who goes the extra mile!
Allie was fantastic! She is very experienced and knowledgeable about puppy care, which made us feel comfortable leaving our 4 month old puppy overnight for the first time. Winnie had an amazing time, and I don't think she even knew we were gone thanks to all of the fun activities Allie had planned. We’ll definitely book with her again!
