She did a meet and greet with us a few weeks before our dogs scheduled boarding date at her house, so our dogs could meet her and we could see where they would be spending the day. We have 3 dogs and they can be a bit overwhelming, but Heather was very calm and patient with them. She responded in a timely manner when I texted to check-in during their stay. This was our first time leaving our dogs with anyone other than family, so we were a bit nervous, but we’re really pleased with how it went. We will definitely be asking Heather to watch our pups again in the future.”

Juliana was open to meeting up a couple days prior to the booking, and our dog was able to meet her two cute dogs as well as her kids. We trusted her and her family with our dog immediately!
