We were a bit concerned about how they might adjust in a new place with new people, but we soon discovered we didn't have to worry at all. We were able to leave them for the day and not worry about a thing. Sindy even sent us several pictures of them throughout the day to let us know they were safe and sound while we were able to enjoy our 4-year-old grandson's birthday party in another state. We highly recommend Sindy when you need someone to care for your pets while away!”

When he arrived for his stay with them he was on an antibiotic for a gingival problem and they were very responsible regarding his meds. We could not have asked for better care. About: Growing up, we always had a family cat or two and a dog, and I’ve always helped friends and family whenever they needed a pet sitter. I recently moved to the area with my husband and have a very flexible work-from-home schedule. I’m hoping to help out my neighbors by walking dogs who also live in the Siena apartment building! I have a very flexible schedule as I work from home full time. I can be available at most hours during the week and some weekends. I have no pets currently so my apartment is quiet! Perfect for a shy or older dog or cat. I’m comfortable also doing in home visits within the Siena apartments.

“Kiana was truly amazing. I had a sudden family emergency that required me to go out of state. She went so far above and beyond during that time, while having no obligation to do so. From the beginning of the cats stay with Kiana, she had been so incredibly flexible, she agreed to watch them with only two days notice, and due to the situation evolving and becoming unpredictable, she was more than happy to allow me to extend their stay. She was the direct cause of so much stress relief due to knowing the cats were safe, and well taken care of. 5/5 human. As for her actual care of the kitties she again went well above and beyond anything anyone might think is going the extra mile. The cats were given the space needed to become comfortable and very quickly, and happily adapted to the new routine. I received frequent pictures and videos, she was very communicative, and because of her vigilance we were able to create a plan of action for one of the kitties who started throwing up more frequently than normal. She even went out and bought higher quality food for the cats, and implemented a structured feeing strategy so we could better assess the puking, which I doubt was an easy task since they both free fed before they were boarded. She kept me up to date at all times and provided regular, detailed updates. 5/5 for animal care as well. She is the best sitter/boarder I have ever had any experience with, by exponents, it’s not even close. Her service was head, and shoulders above anyone I’ve personally used before and far better than anything I’ve heard about other boarders. Choosing Kiana to care for your pets should be an insanely easy decision for anyone who wants their animals taken care of at the highest level of care, and wants someone that is just a straight up good human as well.”

He asked the right questions on the meet and greet and was receptive to my warnings of some of her quirky behavior, and very accommodating. If your dog gets along well with other dogs, I highly recommend will for boarding. He seemed to have a great small crew of dogs most days, including his own pup Luna, so I know my pup had a great time! He was great about sending pictures and videos and responsive to messages.
