About: Dogs have been a part of my heart my whole life. Growing up we always had a dog in the house, big or small. Fast forward to now, my partner and I have fostered almost 40 dogs in recent years. Since then, I have cared for dozens of local dogs that are reactive, anxious, high energy, you name it. Whether it be a puppy who needs constant attention or an older dog that is set in their ways, I have handled it. Your dog(s) will be in caring, assured hands with me. I will care for any breed of any age, size or temperament. I currently work as a local dog walker, boarder and groomer. I am also home quite a bit as well. This allows me to take your pup on an adventure with me during the day where they can go on pack walks, explore and sniff or they can chill in the yard if that is more their style. I am fully insured and certified in canine first aid and CPR, so your dog is always in safe, capable hands. My family dogs are friendly, laid back and always welcome to new friends. My home is set up with multiple boundaries to allow dogs to have quiet time when needed.

About: I have had 2 dogs for the last 6 years although one recently passed and have helped out with dogs since I was 16. Not great with cats but could watch it needed. I can administer medication as well as I had to for my dog. Monday and Friday I can use my lunch break for a visit, middle of the week days , I am available after 3, weekends are wide open I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space and our dog cannoli is very very friendly and will love to have a friend. She is up to date with all vaccinations.

“Felt very reassured leaving my dog Alba in Becky's home. Very welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. When we went back for drop off after the meet and greet visit, it was obvious Alba was excited to return. She was allowed to roam the house, sleep wherever she preferred, and had several walks per day by Becky and her husband. At pickup, she was calm and happy, not stressed at all. Will definitely be visiting again!”

“I looked many hours for the right family to leave our Westie, Piper, with during a trip to Europe. When I met Donna and Roland at their home in Newbury, I felt so good about their experienced background with dogs. They advertised that they would allow a small dog to sleep in their bed which is what Piper is use to so this was another perk for Piper. Their home is very dog friendly and I loved the way they decorated it, inside and outside. Piper needed some extra meds while we were away and they followed all the instructions for her. When we picked her up, she was very relaxed and we knew she had a good vacation away from home. (Previously, we had people stay with her at our home.) She got to visit with another dog and a cat that lives with Donna and Roland, walked places that she had never walked before with Roland and was lovingly cared for by them. It was so good to see her so happy and content when we arrived to take her home. We will continue to book with Donna from now on and are so grateful for people like them who love her as we do. A+ to a wonderful care-free experience !!!”

“Ann & her husband Pete are amazing!!! They have watched my dog Clover a few times in the past & she absolutely loves being with them. She is spoiled with love and attention when she is there. My family & I went away for 10 days and Ann kept us updated on Clover everyday. Clover had an extensive surgery in July where one of her kidneys and her adrenal gland were removed due to a tumor. Ann made sure Clover was fed her prescription diet and asked questions if she had any concerns. My family and I know that when Clover is with Ann she is in great hands! We will definitely be using Ann’s services again in the future! I think Clover misses being at their home already!”

“This was our first time boarding our new puppy (13 weeks old) and we were nervous but Mercis was so wonderful and met with us and our pup ahead of time so we felt very comfortable before we left our littlest family member for the long weekend. During the stay we can tell our pup had the BEST time, thanks to the great daily pics and communication from Mercis. We were almost worried she wouldn’t want to come home, she loved Mercis’ place so much. 😅 Puppies this young are A LOT of work and Mercis loved and cared for our little girl like she was her own all weekend and even worked on some of her training while we were away. We will definitely be contacting Mercis in the future when we need someone to board Bloo! 🥰”
