She took the time to show me where Luna would be, introduced me to the other dogs, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before I left. It was obvious Luna wasn’t just being watched, she was getting tons of attention, enrichment, and love. She truly treated Luna like one of her own. About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a kid. I’m mainly experienced in caring for cats and dogs, but also farm animals and smaller pets like gerbils. I’m hoping to make this a full time job as I love being with animals. My schedule is wide open to meet all your pets needs. My spacious home is in a quiet suburban neighborhood with an open field just down the road. I have 2 friendly cats, however visiting pets could be separated as needed.

About: I have had my dog for over 9 years. She is very good with others. I have a fenced in backyard, and a doggy door of the screened porch. When we are home during the day in good temperatures, the door to the house will be open giving dogs the freedom of where they want to relax or play. I am currently a stay at home Mom to my wonderful twins therefore I have a pretty flexible schedule I can work around, especially if it avoids the kids naps. I have a fenced in backyard that is connected to the house via a screened in porch so there are many options of where to hang out. At night everyone is inside.

About: Hello, My Name is Ashley and Ive always had a passion for animals. Between cats, dogs of all breeds and sizes, and exotic animals, I have experience with them all! I went to a technical high school and completed a vet assisting program, where I learned how to administer meds and work as a vet assistant. After that I worked as a Kennel Technician for a couple years. I went to grooming school and learned how to become a professional groomer. After leaving the field, I have started doing pet sitting and dog walking. I am moving to New Hampshire and wanted to join Rover to provide quality care to dogs of all sizes! I also have experience working with senior pets that may need a little extra care and patience! I am currently planning on providing boarding from my home with only one or two pets at a time, so they get all of the extra love and attention! With the boarding services I provide, I plan to be with your pet 24/7! That may change as I also plan on doing walks and drop-ins for pets in my area! While I do not have a fenced in yard, your pup would get lots of responsible on-leash walks and hikes per owner request! When I enter a clients home, I always pay close attention to the pups and make sure everything is clean and your pet is happy!

I grew up with family dogs since birth, and have cared for my own dogs over the past 20 years. I started my own professional dog walking and sitting business in 2018. I have experience with many different breeds, ages, and abilities. Through my dog walking business, I also have extensive experience walking small groups of dogs off-leash in nature. If you are interested in this service, I have two female golden retrievers who would be thrilled to join your dog on an adventure hike, providing enrichment, socialization, fun, and lots of exercise! I've recently relocated to Strafford, NH so I'm looking forward to building my clientele in a new area! I serve the Southern Lakes Region of NH. Please note: -Boarding and Sitting Nightly Rates include potty breaks in the morning and evening, as well as a 30 minute drop-in visit or private walk midday. Additional time for the midday walk, adventure hikes, or additional walks may be added on at a discounted rate. Dog care is my full-time job and life! Drop-In Visits & Walks: I'm available Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm, for walks and drop-in visits, with some after-hours availability on an as-needed basis (please note, after hours requests may incur an additional fee). Overnight Sitting & Boarding: Available 7 days/week. Since I care for many dogs during the week, your dog may be hanging out at home for a period of time while I walk other dogs or run errands. Other than that, I'll be home with your dog! Your dog will be treated the same as my dogs, and that means they will be the center of my attention! Boarding: This is a very calm and quiet household (with the exception of some barking) - no kids. My two female golden retrievers (2yrs & 10yrs) are allowed on our couches, so yours would be too if you allow it. Your dog is welcome to sleep in my husband's and my bedroom, or downstairs in the living room/kitchen if they prefer a cool tile/wood floor. Free-range dogs are welcome and crate training is not required unless your dog is destructive or unsafe when left unattended. Please bring your dog's crate if needed, as well as their bed, food, and any other items they may need. We have a fenced in yard to let them out for potty-breaks and to play with each other as well. Overnight Sitting: I have many years of experience staying in clients' homes with their dogs. In addition to caring for your dog(s), I'm happy to take in mail/packages and water house plants. If you want, I can even bring one or both of my dogs with me to provide socialization and companionship.
