From the moment I met Andrea and her husband Daniel, they gave off such a great vibe — genuinely kind, thoughtful, and clearly dog lovers through and through. Andrea treated Charlie like he was one of her own dogs, Cholo and Khloe, which gave me total peace of mind. She sent multiple photos throughout the day, including shots of Charlie snuggled up in a cozy blanket on the sofa and lounging in Daniel's lap while he watched football. It was obvious he felt safe, comfortable, and completely at home. You can just tell when people truly love dogs, and Andrea and her family absolutely do. Charlie was cared for with so much attention and affection, and we’re incredibly grateful. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to trust Andrea with Charlie again — highly, highly recommend.”

This trip Lucy settled in even more and made a great new friend, Maise. I really hated to leave Lucy for such a long time. We are inseparable and have gotten into routines we both enjoy. Ripping that away from her feels so cruel. But when we walk get to Bob's house, Lucy marches right in and begins exploring and getting comfortable. I'm not so sure she was ready to end her vacation this time! And Bob continues to cater to my separation anxiety by sending me regular updates and pictures. This is the BEST! Thank-you, Bob! (and Milo! and Kathi!) ”

“Ashley helped us out and watched our 2 Newfies during a very stressful time for us. We were in the process of moving our family to Sicily. Because of a last minute issue, we left our babies with Ashley and we flew to Italy, leaving them with Ashley. A pet transporter picked them up from her house. Ashley rolled with the craziness and took good care of our pups. She seemed like she really cared about their well-being during this transition. I felt very comfortable with them in her care. If we ended of living back in the States, we will definitely seek out Ashley again.”

“Kiana was truly amazing. I had a sudden family emergency that required me to go out of state. She went so far above and beyond during that time, while having no obligation to do so. From the beginning of the cats stay with Kiana, she had been so incredibly flexible, she agreed to watch them with only two days notice, and due to the situation evolving and becoming unpredictable, she was more than happy to allow me to extend their stay. She was the direct cause of so much stress relief due to knowing the cats were safe, and well taken care of. 5/5 human. As for her actual care of the kitties she again went well above and beyond anything anyone might think is going the extra mile. The cats were given the space needed to become comfortable and very quickly, and happily adapted to the new routine. I received frequent pictures and videos, she was very communicative, and because of her vigilance we were able to create a plan of action for one of the kitties who started throwing up more frequently than normal. She even went out and bought higher quality food for the cats, and implemented a structured feeing strategy so we could better assess the puking, which I doubt was an easy task since they both free fed before they were boarded. She kept me up to date at all times and provided regular, detailed updates. 5/5 for animal care as well. She is the best sitter/boarder I have ever had any experience with, by exponents, it’s not even close. Her service was head, and shoulders above anyone I’ve personally used before and far better than anything I’ve heard about other boarders. Choosing Kiana to care for your pets should be an insanely easy decision for anyone who wants their animals taken care of at the highest level of care, and wants someone that is just a straight up good human as well.”
