About: Growing up, we always had a dog or two and cats in the house. Each one, a member of the family that we loved and spoiled. I now have a year and a half old English chocolate lab named Errol and two cats, Pepper and Chester who are 12 and 6 years old. I have two teenage daughters, and my youngest works for a dog training and daycare taking care of dogs. Our family loves our pets and I and am excited to share that love with yours! I work full time from home during the day and my best general availability on the weekends. I can certainly make arrangements for mid day visits or care for a dog at my home during the day. We live to play outside, for walks in the woods, and run around the yard playing in the doggy pool. About: I have had my dog for over 9 years. She is very good with others. I have a fenced in backyard, and a doggy door of the screened porch. When we are home during the day in good temperatures, the door to the house will be open giving dogs the freedom of where they want to relax or play. I am currently a stay at home Mom to my wonderful twins therefore I have a pretty flexible schedule I can work around, especially if it avoid the kids naps. I have a fenced in backyard that is connected to the house via a screened in porch so there are many options of where to hang out. At night everyone is inside.

About: I always loved and had dogs. Until I had a small size dog I have realized that leaving them at home is very heartbreaking. I have a 12year old Maltese girl. I always looked for someone to take care of her when I was not available. Now, I want to be that person for your little precious ones. I can be their companion when you are not available. I can maintain the same standards you provide as much as I can. Little ones have access to my couch, bed, lap as long as they want or I have different types of beddings around my apartment if they feel like being alone. (My dog is very independent, sometimes she prefers sleeping alone.) They won't be alone for a long time. Maybe just a short period of time such as grocery visit, I have a camera at my home so I can monitor how they are doing. About: Without exception, the dog park is always one of the best parts of my day. I've had three dogs of my own, and have been around countless other dogs, most of whom instantly become my new best friends. We just gravitate to each other, hence the fuzzy friend whisperer nickname. I have a playful, loving attitude toward every dog I meet. I am also sensitive to dogs who need a little more patience and space to ease into trusting me and respect the boundaries that they need to do that. My training style with my own dogs is focused on positive reinforcement rather than punishment. This approach translates to other dogs as well, unless their owners request differently. Your dog will be in caring, responsible hands with me. They will be loved. Vogel Emergency Vet just opened right across the street from our house, so if anything kind of emergency pops up, your baby will be a hop, skip and a jump away from the care they need. I'm self employed and work mostly from home so my schedule is quite flexible. Sometimes I’ll have drop in visits throughout the day, but if your dog is boarding with me, there will generally be someone else at home with them. They’ll rarely, if ever be left alone. I live on a small farm but also live near a road, so your dog will always be safely on a leash when we go outside for potty breaks. I have a very friendly 12 year old 45lb labradoodle named Huck to keep your baby company in the rare cases that I'm not at home. I have a "squirrel observatory" (bird feeder) right near my workspace so your dog will not only be supervised most of the time but also entertained.
