2. Seth A.
About: I have owned at least one and as many three dogs at a time for the past 30 years. My wife is a veterinarian. For boarding, I have a spacious home, a large fenced-in yard, and I work from home so am always present. For dog walking, I can walk your dog in your neighborhood or bring him/her to the Rockingham Rail Trail near my home. I work from home and have plenty of time to care for and play with your dog (s). My wife, who is a veterinarian, is also home 4 days per week. I have a large fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your pet company. I can easily crate your dog, if preferred, or can separate the dogs in different rooms via gates.
3. Kristi T.
“Kristi is very patient with my energetic puppy. Her understanding of young dogs in particular gave Gracie a good first experience in her home.”
4. Ashley N.
“Ashley did an excellent job taking great care of our dog. Thanks to her we were able to take our kids to the children's museum which is close by. I could tell our dog was in caring hands. I recommend her highly!”
5. Thora C.
“Thora and I share a friendship dating back to grade school. She has been one of the most supportive confidant through all of life’s ups and down. Thora’s kindness, compassion, sincerity, and calm demeanor are qualities not only reserved for her friends, but with animals all kinds as well. She has proven to be one of the best dog moms I know, putting her pups needs and their happiness as the number one priority. I trust her to care for my dog, and would highly recommend her as a caregiver and companion to anyone’s beloved four legged bestie.”
6. Briahna O.
“Briahna was absolutely wonderful! She communicated regularly, sent cute pics of my puppy Rio, and treated him with so much love and affection. I would recommend Briahna to any first time or veteran pet owner looking for reliable, worry free, quality pet care. 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️”
7. Anne S.
“Anne was absolutely wonderful to work with! She watched my pup while I spent the day on the beach. She was a great communicator, amazing with my dog and an overall sweet woman. 10/10!! I highly recommended! Her little dog is an absolute love too! I will definitely use her again”
8. Shelby L.
“Shelby and her daughter have watched our Border Collie, Molly, a few times now. Molly gets so excited to see them. I know Molly gets lots of walks and attention and I feel more comfortable with the updates and photos Shelby sends. I highly recommend Shelby for her calm nature and attention she gives my Molly.”
9. Josh & Nicole G.
“Josh and Nicole were kind enough to accept our last minute day care request and our pup had a great time! We were thankful for their flexibility and the extra help in motivating our dog to eat dinner.”
10. Jessica J.
“I cannot think of a better person to write a testimonial for in terms of caring for a pet. Jessica has had dogs all her life and he loved them unconditionally. She now has her own dogs, two of them, that she adopted from a shelter. One of them, her youngest one, Stella, was traumatized when Jessica brought her in home. The patience, devoting, understanding, caring and outright loved was beyond words. At first, in order to take Stella out of the house, a blanket had to be placed over her, so she could be picked up. When Stella came over the house she would hide under the porch the entire time. Now, Stella arrives without a leash and comes running into the backyard. She allows me to kiss her head and snout and allows me to pat her continuously. I never would have envisioned that Stella would reach that point. Five minutes seeing Jessica interact with Stella will be enough to reflect the love she has for her. Arlo, who older pup, is so well acclimated that he is like an 80lb lapdog because he is so comfortable around people. This is due, once again, to the patience that Jessica provided Arlo when she brought him home. I am so proud of Jessica because the love she has is real, pure and honest. Not all dog owners are like that, and I would trust Jessica to take care of my little girl in a heartbeat. Jessica heart has no bounds when it comes to dogs.”
11. Julia P.
“I cannot recommend Julia highly enough! She has been taking care of my dog, Chloe, for 2 years, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Chloe absolutely adores her, and it’s clear that Julia genuinely loves and cares for her. From the moment we met, Julia was professional, friendly, and attentive to Chloe’s needs. She provides regular updates, including photos and videos, which always put my mind at ease while I’m away. Chloe gets plenty of playtime, exercise, and affection, and I can tell she is happy and well-cared for. Julia is reliable, trustworthy, and goes above and beyond to ensure Chloe’s comfort and happiness. Whether it’s administering medication, following specific feeding instructions, or just giving Chloe extra cuddles, she handles everything with care and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate dog sitter, look no further than Julia. Chloe and I are incredibly grateful for her outstanding service!”
12. Michele P.
“Michele has watched my 2 dogs multiple times. She has owned and loved multiple dogs herself and has history of caring for dogs with extra needs. She is kind, thoroughly follows any instructions, and always takes the best care of my dogs. My dogs feel right at home with her. She is the first person I call when I need dog sitting services and I never worry when my pups are with her.”
13. Danielle & Timothy S.
“They are the best, I'm not happy with Rover, tried to leave a 10.00 tip , 6.00 is the maximum amount for this stay. I should be able to tip what I want”
14. Nicole G.
“Nicole took great care of my dog during a daycare, and she has a safe and awesome yard. It’s always hard leaving your best friend with a new sitter, but I could tell that my dog had a great day and we will definitely come back to Nicole’s for future daycare and boarding!”
15. Julia F.
About: Without exception, the dog park is always one of the best parts of my day. I've had three dogs of my own, and have been around countless other dogs, most of whom instantly become my new best friends. We just gravitate to each other, hence the fuzzy friend whisperer nickname. I have a playful, loving attitude toward every dog I meet. I am also sensitive to dogs who need a little more patience and space to ease into trusting me and respect the boundaries that they need to do that. My training style with my own dogs is focused on positive reinforcement rather than punishment. This approach translates to other dogs as well, unless their owners request differently. Your dog will be in caring, responsible hands with me. They will be loved. I'm self employed and work mostly from home so my schedule is quite flexible. Sometimes I’ll have drop in visits throughout the day, but if your dog is boarding with me, there will generally be someone else at home with them. They’ll rarely, if ever be left alone. I live on a small farm but also live near a road, so your dog will always be safely on a leash when we go outside for potty breaks. I have a very friendly 12 year old 45lb labradoodle named Huck to keep your baby company in the rare cases that I'm not at home. I have a "squirrel observatory" (bird feeder) right near my workspace so your dog will not only be supervised most of the time but also entertained.
16. Charlie S.
“I LOVE Rover and Charlie is an awesome caregiver. He has been an absolute life-saver for care for our dog. I love leaving them with loving people, in a home, rather than in a kennel. And our dog loves him! Keep being awesome!”
17. Karen T.
“You couldn’t wish for a better person than Karen to care for your fur baby. She devotes her life to her animals, and other animals in need. She is loving, kind, and had the most patience I’ve ever seen. She has a calm presence, and will totally spoil your dog. She will totally be your fur babies new BFF! Kathryn T.”
18. Alie L.
“I had to leave town suddenly and have two elderly rats with really strict dietary and environmental needs, as well as one who needs medications administered throughout the day. Alie not only didn’t hesitate to offer to take them in for me, but had them in perfect care. I was nervous to bring them to anyone other than myself, but Alie went above and beyond! She sent me photos every day, they were happy and playful too, which is huge because any other time they’ve been babysat for me by others, they’ve been super standoffish. I met her other animals and they’re all so friendly and well taken care of! You can tell Alie was born with a passion for caring for animals and I’m so so grateful I know her and had her as an option for my little babies!! Cannot recommend her enough!!!!!! Also bonus that her husband is a veterinarian because the two of them can answer any question you might have about your pet baby!!!!”
19. Christine R.
“Christine is an excellent choice for a dog walker/sitter. We had her take care of our one year old puppy- it was the first time leaving him overnight and Christine was so attentive to him! She took him for long walks and gave him so much love and attention. She sent pictures and checked in frequently during our time away. Christine is kind, gentle and very easy to work with. She is highly recommended!”
20. Kate E.
“You won't find a better dog walker/pet sitter than Kate! As a pet owner for most of her adult life, she treats her pets and yours the same. With love! She is responsible, reliable and I highly recommend her!”
