About: Without exception, the dog park is always one of the best parts of my day. I've had three dogs of my own, and have been around countless other dogs, most of whom instantly become my new best friends. We just gravitate to each other, hence the fuzzy friend whisperer nickname. I have a playful, loving attitude toward every dog I meet. I am also sensitive to dogs who need a little more patience and space to ease into trusting me and respect the boundaries that they need to do that. My training style with my own dogs is focused on positive reinforcement rather than punishment. This approach translates to other dogs as well, unless their owners request differently. Your dog will be in caring, responsible hands with me. They will be loved. I'm self employed and work mostly from home so my schedule is quite flexible. When house sitting, I won't leave your dog alone for more than 5 hours and will likely just bring them home with me during the day where they'll receive more regular attention throughout the day. I live on a small farm but also live near a road, so your dog will always be safely on a leash when we go outside for potty breaks. I have a very friendly 11 year old 55lb labradoodle named Huck to keep your baby company in the rare cases that I'm not at home. House sitting situations will only work if your animals are friendly with other dogs and you're ok with me bringing my own dog with me to stay. I may bring them home with me during the day, where they'll get more regular attention throughout the day (unless they'd be happier staying at home and snoozing). I have a "squirrel observatory" (bird feeder) right near my workspace so your dog will not only be supervised most of the time but also entertained.
16. Jacky C.
“I have never seen anyone more passionate or loving towards animals. Jacky will go out of her way to help an animal. I have known her for a few years now and I see how much she loves her dog. She could be in the middle of a conversation or doing something and she will make sure she points out the fact that there is a dog in her view. I'd recommend Jacky to anyone who needs a sitter.”
17. Gabrielle L.
“I have know Gabrielle for over ten years. She is kind, compassionate, professional, reliable and trustworthy. She has cared for my dog several times over the years. She has a love for dogs and it shows. My dog was always happy to see her, and I was always happy knowing that she was in great hands! I would highly recommend Gabrielle.”
18. Kristin C.
“Rusty seemed to enjoy his day care stay, he had a walk during the day and was tired when I picked him up. Kristin kept in good contact with me and I felt my dog was safe.”
19. Amy P.
“Amy was wonderfully flexible as airline delays kept changing the timing of the pickup time we had originally planned. She kept my beloved dog Callie happy, entertained, and cared for. Callie came home happy and content. Amy has a deep understanding and love of dogs, and that made my ability to convey Callie’s unique personality and needs very easy. Her home is very dog-welcoming, and her family members all are eager to offer warm hospitality to visiting dogs.”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. I grew up on a farm where we had dogs of all kinds-mixed, Doberman, rottie, gsp, pot bellied pigs, horses, cats. Since living on my own for the past 30 years I’ve always had dogs of my own. Experienced with reactive dogs, shy dogs, happy go lucky dogs. Cat and horse care is something I’ve done the past few years as well-I grew up riding and also teaching show hunters. I’m available to walk dogs around my day job as well as have dogs come and hang out with me and my two dogs and my daughter. We can also do overnights-of course pending a meet and greet with my dogs. We have a fenced backyard and a dog friendly house. Can’t wait to hear from you! I currently work from home so am able to take dogs into my house or go by for dog walks or cat care around my work schedule. I have a fenced backyard and two busy dogs who love to play. My girl dog likes to play hard and my boy likes to run around and play when he wants. I also have a teenaged daughter in the house who loves dogs as much as I do.
