About: As a passionate cat owner for over two decades and a frequent sitter for our daughter's dog I have lots of experience caring for and loving our furry companions. When we visit family and friends that have dogs, I'm the one sitting on the floor rubbing bellies while everyone else sits on the furniture. I look forward to meeting your furry family member and spending time caring for and bonding with them. After decades of a successful career in the software engineering field and a recent closure of my office, I'm embracing the unplanned change as a chance to get away from a desk. This leaves me with an open schedule and the flexibility to care for your 4 legged family members at any time you need. As the owner of 2 cats that have specific dietary and medicinal requirements, I understand that each client's pets can have unique needs that must be met. I will ensure that these needs are addressed accurately and consistently. I find great joy in bonding with animals and look forward to gaining their trust and companionship at the pace that they find comfortable. There is nothing more rewarding than an animal that is excited to see and spend time with you. My goal in turn is to ensure their owners trust me as well and can feel at ease while they are away from their precious family members.

About: Animals have always been an important part of my life, and I bring a lifetime of hands on experience to every pet I care for. I grew up with cats, have cared for a diabetic dog who required daily medication and consistent monitoring, and currently share my home with an energetic 80 lb dog. As the owner of an 80 lb dog, I’m already committed to daily walks, playtime, feeding, and providing plenty of love and attention. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to reliably care for clients’ pets, whether they need drop-in visits, walks, or overnight care. I enjoy spending time with animals and make it a priority to ensure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable while their owners are away. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their routine as consistent as possible. I follow feeding schedules, provide fresh water, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and plenty of affection while respecting any special instructions or medical needs. I also make sure pets feel safe and comfortable by giving them patience, attention, and companionship. My goal is to provide reliable, loving care so both pets and their owners can feel at ease while they’re apart.

About: I was at a daycare place for 2 years then decided to start my career as a veterinary assistant! I’m happy to watch your furry family while you’re away 💕 I’m available all day Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, including overnight stays. During the week, I’m available for overnight stays as well as visits before and after work. If you’re located near my workplace, I can also stop by during my lunch break, with the possibility of making up to 3–5 visits per day if needed. I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine and create a schedule that best fits their needs. I have experience working with both cats and dogs and genuinely enjoy getting to know each animal’s individual personality. I’m especially patient with cats and take the time to let them become comfortable and build trust at their own pace. I also love being active with dogs and enjoy taking them on walks and making sure they get plenty of exercise and attention\. I’m comfortable administering medications when needed and always prioritize the safety, comfort, and well being of the pets in my care.

Our cat is a senior kitty and needs a fair bit of TLC and Sofia was wonderful with him, engaging him with his favorite toys and making sure his prescription food needs were met. About: My schedule is very specific working around work shifts! I’m very communicative and we can work something out that is best for both of us!! I have both personal and professional experience with cats and dogs. I’ve worked with dogs during my time at Essex Tech. I have also have basic experiences with small animals such as rabbits, birds, and reptiles. During my time there I learned the basics of training, grooming and overall behavior. This all led me to have a better grasp at caring for dogs and what their needs are. I have my own cat named Fasa and a dog named Summer, so I have personal experience with them! He’s the buff kitty in my photos! I have also worked at a doggy daycare located in Salem called Walk A Pup where they strive to provide a safe and enriching environment for the dogs in their care. During those six months, I not only walked dogs but also did basic obedience and evening check-ins at client's homes. I was also briefly a bather at Petsmart where watching behavior is a big aspect. Currently I work there caring for the animals we sell. I am Pet CPR and First Aid certified. Working part-time fills in a lot of my time and my schedule is often on a week-by-week basis. My availability varies, so it’s best for you to just message me to find out if my schedule works with yours! I know leaving your pet to a stranger is very nerve-wracking and scary. However, I like to reassure you that because of my experience, I am equipped to make sure that your pet has the care they need while you are away for work, vacation, or any other situation. I am more than happy to update you as many times are you need me to. I am also certified in Pet CPR and First aid and have a car that allows me to drive your pet somewhere if something were to happen.

About: animals have always been my passion. i have always had animals growing up. i have been responsible for them and training them. i am going to school to be a vet tech, and currently work at a vet clinic as a kennel/daycare attendant. I am currently working part time and have a lot of flexibility in between my schedule! I would be available any times on my free days! I am open to doing check ins, walks, and staying for the day to watch them when needed! I can be very flexible and accommodating with any pet needs!

About: I love being with animals and have experience caring for a wide range of pets, including dogs, cats, jumping spiders, and lizards. I enjoy learning each animal’s personality and making sure they’re comfortable and well cared for. I am a student who goes to college out of state but is home for the month of January and is also working part time. Since losing a dog of my own I figured this would be a great opportunity to help others with their pets and still have a great time with animals. I do have a fenced in yard if I take dogs into my home but in other peoples homes, listening to the guardian is most important to me on how they coexist with their pet and respecting that. At the end of the day I want to help people care for their pets.

About: I love love love animals! I have my own 2 kitties, Bean and Joseph, as well as my english mastiff, Mr Mudge! I would love to take care of your babies, they will be cared for as if they are my own. I’m starting esthetician school in January, so until then I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability for pet care. I enjoy staying active and keeping busy, so Rover fits really well into my routine. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week and can be flexible with different schedules and needs. I have cared for my family’s and friends’ cats and dogs my entire life, and I currently have pets of my own. I make sure each animal is properly cared for, safe, comfortable, and given plenty of attention. I always follow the owner’s instructions for feeding, walks, medications, routines, and any special needs. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I’ve walked and fed them, and made sure they were happy at home. I have my own 11 year old beagle/terrier/boxer mix dog Bailey who I love to take care of, he’s my best friend. I’m a college student, and I have times throughout the week especially on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends. My schedule is flexible and I have a car. I like to bring calming and loving energy into every home. I love to make sure each pet is comfortable. I love to take dogs on walks, play with them inside and outside, and make sure they are getting fed and cared for.

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, and taking care of them has always felt natural to me. Over the years I’ve had the joy of caring for many different pets/animals. This ranges from dogs to cats to smaller animals like rabbits and hamsters, horses, and even a few cows. About: Former vet tech currently working on becoming a dog training and would love to help you in making sure your fur baby is as happy as can be when you need! In school to become a dog trainer with a strong foundation in fear free and positive reinforcement training so a lot of my time is around observing and playing with dogs. I enjoy going to the dog park with my pup and working on different tricks and talking to other owners about things they've noticed with their own pets. I truly live to make the owner/pet bond stronger. My background in vet med allows me the ability to spot any possible concerns. I loss my job recently so I take my dog to the park and train with him in my free time. I train my cat with a few tricks. About: I’ve taken care of friends and family’s dogs for years now. More cats than dogs but just about the same experience and love of course! I currently work part time as a waitress night shifts!
