This was the first time we had ever left our sweet girl in the care of someone other than family. Upon meeting Brian and Oceana, we knew they were the perfect fit; their first request was to meet Mystic, and Brian immediately got down on the floor to love on Mystic. She was instantly enamored with him. Once the introduction was complete, we discussed our needs and the needs of our girl, which included twice-daily medication. When they left, both my husband and I felt a sense of peace, confident that our girl would be in wonderful hands. As our scheduled departure date approached, Brian and Oceana came out for a second visit to go over Mystic’s daily routine and schedule, helping to calm my nerves. During our time away, our sweet girl received so much love and care! We received daily pictures and videos of her being brushed, held, and catered to. They truly cared for her as if she were their own, and I know she will miss them terribly! I have no reservations recommending Brian and Oceana for any pet care needs—drop-in visits, in-home care, daily walks, etc. They not only took great care of our sweet girl, but they also took great care of our home, leaving it even better than when we left. I cannot express enough how much their care and understanding for Mystic made our family trip stress-free, knowing that our girl was being well cared for in our home!”
