“We highly recommend Patrick. He was absolutely wonderful with our dog Gilligan. We utilized the overnight pet sitting service in our home. Patrick was very accommodating and to better get to know us, he offered to visit our home twice prior to our trip. One of these visits he took Gilligan for a walk, while I just tagged along. He handled Gilligan beautifully, cleaned up after him, let him stop and sniff, but then encouraged him along. He stopped and talked with a neighbor, while their dog and Gilligan said hello. Patrick was a natural. It was obvious he loved dogs and took his job very seriously. Patrick provided us with references without us asking. We called all of them and heard nothing but very positive comments. Patrick also offered to talk with our previous sitter (who was moving away) to gain even more knowledge of Gilligan and how to best care for him. I was doing all I could to find the best caregiver for Gilligan, and Patrick made it easy. It was all pretty impressive. Although we were gone for only one night, Patrick kept us updated with pictures and messages throughout the day, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. My current dog lives with seizures and continuously needs attention, meds, and different foods, so I understand that all dogs need special care, and lots of love! Lillian was wonderful with our dogs! She was very communicative throughout our trip and sent us lots of pictures and updates, which we really appreciated. She took Max for a walk every day and made sure he got his medication both morning and night. Max usually has some separation anxiety when we’re away and tends to sulk outside, so we were especially happy to see that he seemed content, comfortable, and happy the entire time. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dogs were in such good hands. We would absolutely recommend Lillian and would happily have her watch them again!
Five stars across the board. From start to finish, Mary was communicative, reliable, and incredibly attentive. Daily photo updates kept us in the loop the whole time, and she followed every instruction we left without needing reminders. We have a senior dog on a strict diet and daily medication — something that requires real attention to detail — and she handled it flawlessly. On top of that, she walked both dogs every day and kept the house clean and tidy throughout the stay. She treated our home and our dogs with real care. Brittany took great care of Wrigley and Etta while we were away at Disney World. Leaving Etta is always stressful because she struggles with separation anxiety and requires daily medication, but Brittany made the whole experience so much easier. She kept us updated throughout our trip with messages and pictures, let us know how they were doing, and made sure Etta got her medication. Both dogs got plenty of walks, attention, and love while we were away. The biggest thing for me was coming home to two happy, relaxed dogs.
