I love to get them (and me) out for a walk especially on a beach or nearby trail. I also have a lot of experience caring for senior dogs and can match that energy level as well! Lillian was wonderful with our dogs! She was very communicative throughout our trip and sent us lots of pictures and updates, which we really appreciated. She took Max for a walk every day and made sure he got his medication both morning and night. Max usually has some separation anxiety when we’re away and tends to sulk outside, so we were especially happy to see that he seemed content, comfortable, and happy the entire time. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dogs were in such good hands. We would absolutely recommend Lillian and would happily have her watch them again!
Andy was wonderful. He did an amazing job taking care of our Anna. She's a large dog, 120 lbs, and many people are intimidated by her, but Andy was comfortable with her from the meet and greet. He followed our instructions, walked Anna as needed, was at our house during the times we agreed upon, and left the house neat and tidy. Andy excels at communication and sends photos regularly, which is reassuring when you're far away from home. He also texted and was quick to respond throughout our vacation and the booking process. Five stars across the board. From start to finish, Mary was communicative, reliable, and incredibly attentive. Daily photo updates kept us in the loop the whole time, and she followed every instruction we left without needing reminders. We have a senior dog on a strict diet and daily medication — something that requires real attention to detail — and she handled it flawlessly. On top of that, she walked both dogs every day and kept the house clean and tidy throughout the stay. She treated our home and our dogs with real care. Brittany took great care of Wrigley and Etta while we were away at Disney World. Leaving Etta is always stressful because she struggles with separation anxiety and requires daily medication, but Brittany made the whole experience so much easier. Both dogs got plenty of walks, attention, and love while we were away. The biggest thing for me was coming home to two happy, relaxed dogs.
