About: I was at a daycare place for 2 years then decided to start my career as a veterinary assistant! I’m happy to watch your furry family while you’re away 💕 I’m available all day Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, including overnight stays. During the week, I’m available for overnight stays as well as visits before and after work. If you’re located near my workplace, I can also stop by during my lunch break, with the possibility of making up to 3–5 visits per day if needed. I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine and create a schedule that best fits their needs. I have experience working with both cats and dogs and genuinely enjoy getting to know each animal’s individual personality. I’m especially patient with cats and take the time to let them become comfortable and build trust at their own pace. I also love being active with dogs and enjoy taking them on walks and making sure they get plenty of exercise and attention\. I’m comfortable administering medications when needed and always prioritize the safety, comfort, and well being of the pets in my care.

Recently was hired to dog/house sit & was reminded of my love for dogs, being excited to go to work, flexibility in my schedule, & have a great balance of bonding time with my son, all at the same time. Dogs are always kept on leashes when we go outside, if needed. Meal/medicine times are set on a timer to maintain structure/routine. Games of fetch, gentle petting, fur brushing, calm, but firm demands to “sit”, and also “stay”. As well as, positive words of encouragement, cuddles on couch/bed, & feeding of dog treats. Cats- Structured meal times, daily litter box scooping, gentle petting, cuddles, using a laser pointer for playtime, positive words of encouragement, fur brushing,& gentle baths, when needed.

Both dogs got plenty of walks, attention, and love while we were away. The biggest thing for me was coming home to two happy, relaxed dogs. About: I have a weiner dog named Benny whom I raised and trained since he was a puppy. I’ve cared for puppies post-neuter/spay surgery as well as walking and caring for injured dogs. I have experience administering medication to dogs and cats. I’ve housesat for friends to care for their cats and have lived with and cared for a cat for over 3 years. I love animals and I’m passionate about their well-being and quality of life. I know every animal is unique, and needs to be approached with that in mind. About: I have always had a love for animals especially dogs. I have two dogs of my own, one is 8 years old and the other is less than a year old. I have been taking care of my friends and families pets since I was 10. I am a student a the George Washington University in Washington D.C. and have been walking dogs regularly! I am looking for walks in between my classes and on the weekends! I’m very flexible with timing and can usually adjust my schedule to fit what works best! At my home both my dogs are create trained so I have a lot of experience with that. I also have experience with administrating meditation.
