Understanding of special needs for anxiety/separation issues was not only able to accommodate my last minute request for day care, but fit in a meet and greet a day ahead to help Luna get comfortable with her and go over any needs. She went the extra mile staying late when I hit delays with work meetings and traffic, and was great with respecting limits and engaging Luna on her level for her intro sit, and reading dog behavior. I am picky about who I entrust my dog with, and I felt immediately comfortable with Cecilia on first meet. She demonstrated her care and professionalism from the start ~ asking the right pre-sit questions, clearly communicating, and providing regular updates while I was away. She is super warm and kind and her home was the perfect calm, low-key environment for my old guy. She asked a lot of questions and made me feel confident that she was going to take good care of him. Courtney sent the cutest photos while we were away, it was nice to see how relaxed and happy he was. Albie is our *everything* and I am usually pretty anxious about him... I honestly didn't worry about him at all. I wouldn't have minded knowing more about his day-to-day but I didn't want to be "that" pet parent and ask a bunch of questions. I knew he was in great hands though and I'm sure she would have been patient with my helicopter parenting, haha. So, yes, we would absolutely trust Courtney with Albie again.
