About: What sets me apart as a sitter is not only my reliability, but also my lifelong experience with dogs. I grew up with a Labrador who showed me the joy of unconditional love, and I recently had to say goodbye to my sweet girl after 12 wonderful years together. She was truly family, and I cared for her through every stage of life, which gave me a deep understanding of what it means to love and look after a dog. Now, I get to share that love with my two young kids (ages 4 and 6), who absolutely adore dogs and treat every pup like their own playmate. Whether it’s long walks, cozy snuggles, or just keeping up with your dog’s daily routine, I’ll make sure your furry family member feels safe, loved, and part of our pack. Because I work full time during the week, I reserve dog care for weekends only—this way I can dedicate my attention and energy to your pup. My weekends are open for long walks, playtime, and plenty of cuddles, and my kids and I love having the extra time to focus on making each dog feel happy and cared for. By keeping my schedule this way, I can promise that your furry family member won’t just “fit into” my day—they’ll become a part of my family for the day(s). When caring for dogs, I focus on keeping them active, loved, and comfortable. My two young kids (ages 4 and 6) have endless energy and love to play, so visiting pups get plenty of attention and interaction. I live in a quiet town with lots of sidewalks and nearby neighborhoods, which makes for safe and enjoyable walks. While I don’t have a fenced-in backyard, I do have plenty of grassy space for outdoor time, and I’m happy to crate dogs if that’s part of their routine or helps them feel secure. Whether it’s playtime, exercise, or downtime, I’ll make sure your pup feels right at home.

“I have used Rover for years, and Erin has been by far the best dog sitter I have had the pleasure to work with. She house sat my 14-year-old Yorkie, Molly, for a week. Molly, in addition to being an elderly little one that requires daily oral meds, suffers from separation anxiety. She’s an extremely picky eater that tends to mope around and not eat when I have to go out of town and can’t take her with me. Erin kept my little girl company and was as sweet and kind to her as if she had known Molly for ages! She medicated Molly as instructed, took her for her little old lady slow walks around the yard, and sent me lots of updates and pictures. Erin was not only amazing with my Molly, but she was also very respectful of my house and even offered to wait for me to be home before leaving in case there were any issues with my flights. She genuinely cared for my fur baby, and that meant the world to me.”

About: Dogs have always been my favorite animal. I grew up with family dogs my whole life. My dog, Ellie, is an amazing 13 year old lab-mix that we have had since she was 8 weeks old. I am comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes and ages. I am a stay at home mom with a lot of flexibility in my schedule. We are an active family that spend a lot of time outside and always have Ellie with us. I treat pets as another member of the family and ensure they are well cared for. About: Taking care of animals is my joy. I have 3 healthy cats and an 8 week old puppy at home who I take care of, and I have been dog and cat sitting since I was around 12. When I was younger I put up flyers around town for my little pet care business, and people loved how I took care of their animals. I am currently working part time and in online school, so my schedule is very flexible and I have lots of time to take care of animals! My cats that I have had for years are healthy and happy and they are my best friends. I have never missed feeding or playing or cuddling, and I will treat my clients animals like they are my own. In my clients home I like to make sure the animal is properly taken care of and that everything is under control, whether it’s feeding, walking, playing, nail clipping, whatever it is!

About: I am new to utilizing Rover and am trying to learn the ropes currently. I have grown up around dogs my entire life and have cared for friends dog’s throughout the years (walking, giving baths, lending cuddles, playtime, etc.) but have not taken this into a professional setting yet. I have three sweetie pie pit bulls at home (8 months, 7 years, and 12years old) and love them more than life itself! I have cared for many breeds big and small including a mastiff, chihuahua mixes, many pit bulls, all the colored labs, a border collie, and many more. My goal is to care for your pets as I care for my own and am looking forward to meeting new friends! ***P.S.*** I do not provide care for cats, as I am allergic to them! I have a pretty flexible availability during weekdays with no availability on weekends, as that is when I work at my serving job. I have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but can find work arounds before and after each. I will be sure to update my availability regularly. Whether you need a quick check-up for your dog, or someone to keep them company while you’re away for a trip, you can rest assured your dog will find in me a new best friend by the end of my visit. I work part time and have a very flexible schedule, so I am able to take on last minute calls with no problem. I can drop by on your dogs any time to feed them, let them outside, and spend time with them. One thing to always remember is that not only am I a guest in your home, but your dog’s home as well. “We went away on a mini honeymoon and Chelsea was amazing! Her previous experience with dogs really shines through. We have two rescue pups and one of them takes longer to warm up to new people. He attention/alert barks out of excitement and protection (which really throws most people off) and She reacted exactly as trainers have reccomended when he barked at her. She was patient and gentle with him and they were best friends after two meets. She sent us lots of pictures of our two goofs and was so good about updates and asking any questions if anything came up. I highly recommend and trust her.”

Much more important to me is that Zach actually cared, as I could tell when our flight was delayed and Zach made an extra trip back to the house to make sure everyone was okay.”
