“I had a really great experience with Christine and her husband, it is evident that they really care about the dogs in their care. Christine was very communicative during Charlie’s stay and I know he had a blast as he even rested during the car ride home! (As opposed to his usual barking)”
2. Samantha K.
“Samantha is simply amazing. She takes such great care of my pup Nova, has wonderful communication and overall is a pleasure to work with. I needed some very last minute dog sitting and Samantha was able to help out. Truly appreciate her and recommend her for anyone who is looking for a loving dog sitter!”
3. Ashley S.
“Ashley is the most reliable person I know. When she makes a commitment, she shows up and gives 110% every time. She has sat for me multiple times and I always feel stress-free when I know she is with my dogs. One of my dogs was particularly anxious and Ashley was always able to put her at ease and read her emotions. My other dog requires a lot of mental stimulation. To Ashley this is not a chore, it is fun! Ashley is very responsible, has a natural ability with animals, and is just plain fun. I highly recommend her.”

5. Tammy P.
“Tammy has watched our dogs over the past several years and she is wonderful. The dogs are always so excited to see her, and genuinely love her. Tammy is diligent about talking them on walks, making sure they are well fed, and most importantly showing affection. Tammy is very responsive and always sends updates with pictures. Revy and Herbie love their Aunty T!”
6. Karen B.
“Karen’s dog and my dog have regular play dates together. She is very attentive to their needs and is a true animal lover. She’s responsible and trustworthy, and I would recommend her as a pet sitter.”
7. Olivia S.
“The pups loved hanging out at Olivia’s house. She spoiled them rotten by letting them hang out on the couch, and even let the puppies rip the stuffing out of her dogs toys. 🧸 Olivia treated my puppies like they were her own..”

About: I have owned at least one and as many three dogs at a time for the past 30 years. My wife is a veterinarian. For boarding, I have a spacious home, a large fenced-in yard, and I work from home so am always present. For dog walking, I can walk your dog in your neighborhood or bring him/her to the Rockingham Rail Trail near my home. I work from home and have plenty of time to care for and play with your dog (s). My wife, who is a veterinarian, is also home 4 days per week. I have a large fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your pet company. I can easily crate your dog, if preferred, or can separate the dogs in different rooms via gates.

“Great experience. I definitely rebooking in the future. Robert is a kind and patient person. My dog was so comfortable as soon as we arrived. Robert kept me updated at all the time by sending me a lot of pictures of how comfortable my Chihuahua was doing in his house. I loved the experience and how communicative Robert was the entire day.”

13. Aly C.
“Aly is the most caring fur-keeper! We needed someone to care for our senior, Boston Terrier, Spock when my husband was traveling and I was commuting and working long hours. Aly helped in so many ways to care for our little fur baby, who also needed eye care to save his sight. Not only did Aly administer medicine, walk and watch our little man, but she spent quality time with him too, taking him to local Fido-friendly places and sharing pictures....Aly truly is a compassionate and reliable person with the biggest heart!”
14. Brianna M.
“Our pup Bruce had an intense reactive past, but has improved significantly over the years with training and behavior modification. For this reason, we’re cautious on caregivers, as we’re very transparent with his history prior to rescue and training. We came across Brianna’s profile and from her experience, she seemed like a great fit for Bruce. Brianna did not disappoint. She was wonderful with our pup and he warmed up to her quickly. He enjoyed lots of cuddle time, walks and lap hangs while she was working at her desk. Brianna was communicative, quick to respond, personable, warm and inviting. We plan to book with Brianna again soon!”
15. Matthew & Melissa C.

About: My husband Tim and I grew up with dogs our whole lives so taking care of them is second nature for us. We finally got a pup of our own 3 years ago, a female miniature Australian Shepherd named Piper and she is our best friend! We have a spacious house, large fenced in front yard, and an ever bigger non-fenced in backyard. We can give your fur baby lots of attention and we are comfortable with all different types of energy levels. We have a ton of enrichment feeding puzzles for our Aussie girl and are happy to share those! My husband and I work from home so we can provide frequent care and attention. We already provide our dog a lunch-time or dinner-time walk (usually .75 miles) and 30 minutes of play time. We do feedings 2 times a day. We are happy to include your dog with this routine or follow a specific one that you provide us. Our dog is crate trained and sleep in hers at night - we are open to dogs who are crate trained or not. We have a fenced in front yard, gates, and extra rooms if you dog need to be separated or alone. We have a fabric-based travel crate that can we used if needed.

About: I love dogs. I have a dog myself and love taking her for hikes and playing outside! I will take very good care of your pet. Currently I'm not working so my schedule is completely open. Walks, hikes, visits, playing fetching, I can do it all. I would love to play w/ them I currently don't have a fenced in yard but I have invisible fencing. I would have to have the dog on leash for walks outside

About: Prior to using Rover I have pet sat throughout the years for friends and family. I am very experienced with both dogs and cats, I’ve had cats in the past and currently have two dogs who are my world. I’m a true animal lover and understand that each pet has their own unique personality and needs. I have a calm and friendly demeanor that helps animals to feel relaxed and safe around me. I’ll be sure to treat your pet just as you would because your pets safety, comfort and overall experience during my time with them is my utmost priority. I’m also happy to take care of other simple household tasks while your away such as watering plants, bringing in mail or taking trash to the curb. I have a full time job Monday to Friday but I work from home and have a fairly flexible schedule. Early morning or mid day visits/walks typically fit my schedule and I have full availability after 5pm. I am also available anytime Saturdays and Sundays! For daycare clients I'm able to keep your dog company and provide potty breaks and play time throughout the day! Having two dogs of my own I realize the trust that is put into someone else caring for them when needed. I will always be sure to follow all directions provided for caring for your pets, use caution and judgement as necessary and do what is needed to keep your pet safe and happy.
19. Alie L.
“Alie is the best pet caregiver you could ask for! She has pet sat for both my dog and cat multiple times. She is helpful in getting a lazy pup to take a nice long walk, and she was able to get my cat who despises the tub to take a bath! I could not recommend her more! Always prompt and on time, with a great attitude!”
20. Nick & Alie L.
