We had a last-minute change of travel plans due to illness and Adriana was so kind and helped us figure out a new plan. Once we dropped off our dog she sent frequent video and photo updates. Kona has some medical needs which always makes leaving her with a sitter a bit anxiety provoking but Lucille made us feel at ease with her communication around medications as well. We very much appreciate Lucille’s care for Kona and already have a few more upcoming stays booked with her! Kona has found a new friend for sure!”
“I’m a person who has a lot of difficulty trusting someone with my dogs- I’m very close with them. I’m positive many of the folks reading this review can say the same. It can be difficult to find someone trustworthy, reliable, and communicative. It can be even more difficult to find someone who is all of those things AND is excellent with dogs. My family has hit the absolute jackpot with Karen’s services. Our older dog has separation anxiety, takes medication, and needs a consistent presence to be successful. We never had to doubt whether Karen could fill these needs for him, and she’s delivered every time. Our younger dog has a lot of energy and has to be let out frequently- Karen’s flexibility and home/yard are perfect to meet those needs. Karen sent us pictures and videos throughout each of my dogs’ stays and provided detailed updates as to how they are doing. We will absolutely be back again, we can’t recommend her enough! 6/5 stars!”

“This was our first time boarding our new puppy (13 weeks old) and we were nervous but Mercis was so wonderful and met with us and our pup ahead of time so we felt very comfortable before we left our littlest family member for the long weekend. During the stay we can tell our pup had the BEST time, thanks to the great daily pics and communication from Mercis. We were almost worried she wouldn’t want to come home, she loved Mercis’ place so much. 😅 Puppies this young are A LOT of work and Mercis loved and cared for our little girl like she was her own all weekend and even worked on some of her training while we were away. About: I’ve been caring for cats for most of my life and am currently a proud cat parent to four kitties. I understand that every cat has a unique personality, routine, and comfort level, and I always take the time to build trust at their pace. I’m experienced with feeding schedules, litter box maintenance, administering basic medications, playtime, and providing calm companionship for shy or senior cats. Friends and family regularly rely on me to care for their cats while they’re away, and I treat every cat as if they were my own—making sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for in their home environment.
About: I grew up always having at least one dog in my home, I now have two. I was tasked with feeding, walking, and playing with them. Often times when neighbors and friends would go out of town I would look after their pets, staying at their house when needed. I have a pretty flexible schedule during the week, I am booked from 11am to 1pm most of the week and from 11am to 4pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. On the weekends I often go away, but I can likely be available if requested. When caring for someone’s pet I always make sure to follow the instructions given. This can rang from their diet, to their bathroom / walking schedule, to whatever else they may need.

About: Hello & welcome to my profile! I have been blessed by growing up around animals my entire life! More specifically, I grew up around cats for as long as I can remember and currently have two of my very own. My husband and I have seen how different their personalities are, and love them all the more for it! Throughout our journey with them, we quickly realized that our boy had a sensitive stomach and needed a food change. The process of finding the best food/treats for him was tedious, but so worth it for the happiness we see in him now! About: I'm happy to work with dogs of all walks and understand some dogs may need more time than others to get to know me. I'm experienced with training tools (crates/prong/ecollar) through working with a professional trainer with my own dog (a 3yo 80lb GSD mix), though respect owners' choices who prefer not to use them. My preferred relationship building style is through play and trust, putting dogs' safety and needs first. I currently work a full time 9-5 on weekdays. I'm available on weekends for drop ins and walks. 1-2 mile trail walks offered in the morning hours of summer and from dusk-dawn in other seasons. I often put the dogs safety and needs first and respect any boundaries you/your dog have. Aside from drop ins and a walk around the neighborhood, im very open (and love the great outdoors) to taking your pup on a short 1-2mi hike at nearby public dog friendly trails. My dog would love a hiking buddy if his vibes are right with yours!

About: I always loved and had dogs. Until I had a small size dog I have realized that leaving them at home is very heartbreaking. I have a 12year old Maltese girl. I always looked for someone to take care of her when I was not available. Now, I want to be that person for your little precious ones. I can be their companion when you are not available. I can maintain the same standards you provide as much as I can. Little ones have access to my couch, bed, lap as long as they want or I have different types of beddings around my apartment if they feel like being alone. (My dog is very independent, sometimes she prefers sleeping alone.) They won't be alone for a long time. Maybe just a short period of time such as grocery visit, I have a camera at my home so I can monitor how they are doing. Looking forward to meet them soon! ❤️ I’m currently studying and working from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pups in my care. We usually have two long walks and one shorter outing each day. On weekends, we enjoy exploring nearby parks and spending extra time outdoors. About: In addition to my own 2 dogs and all of the family and farm dogs I grew up with, I have fostered rescues at various times over the years. I have a fenced backyard and my boys (both neutered) are calm and friendly fellows. I'm a mindfulness coach that works from my home. Most days I can be found meditating, reading, or hanging with my two boys Farley (old man) and Fawkes (young man). Lots of snoring dogs here with the occasional community bark at around dinner time. I have a fenced in yard where they pups are free to roam, an enormous dog bed, and a free range policy within the house. I am comfortable with dogs of all ages and temperaments, and can take care of dogs with special needs including administering medications or even catheterization, if necessary. I am Canine CPR and First Aid Certified. I am also an NREMT certified EMT. I've had 4 dogs of my own at one time, and have both trained and groomed them since puppyhood! I currently work Monday through Wednesday, but am home all day Thursday through Sunday to care for your fur babies! With 2 dogs of my own, I make sure that I spend as much time at home with them as possible. I have a very large yard that is fenced in on 3 sides, with 100ft tethers to give them the freedom to run around and explore the whole property. I have 2 very playful pups that love having friends over! I can crate a dog, if needed, or have multiple raised beds and large dog pillows with blankets to keep everyone cozy. She's diabetic and also on anti anxiety medication - but Rebecca handled it like it was no big deal, and had her relaxing in the yard in no time. About: Looking for someone to care for your pets as well as you do? I have 15 years of experience caring for animals ranging all different sizes, ages, and health needs. I’ve had animals my whole life from dogs, cats, horses, and exotic birds. Kona has some medical needs which always makes leaving her with a sitter a bit anxiety provoking but Lucille made us feel at ease with her communication around medications as well. “I’m a person who has a lot of difficulty trusting someone with my dogs- I’m very close with them. I’m positive many of the folks reading this review can say the same. It can be difficult to find someone trustworthy, reliable, and communicative. It can be even more difficult to find someone who is all of those things AND is excellent with dogs. My family has hit the absolute jackpot with Karen’s services. Our older dog has separation anxiety, takes medication, and needs a consistent presence to be successful. We never had to doubt whether Karen could fill these needs for him, and she’s delivered every time. Our younger dog has a lot of energy and has to be let out frequently- Karen’s flexibility and home/yard are perfect to meet those needs. Karen sent us pictures and videos throughout each of my dogs’ stays and provided detailed updates as to how they are doing. We will absolutely be back again, we can’t recommend her enough! 6/5 stars!”
