About: Took care of my elderly Chihuahua until her passing Have raised 2 puppies as well. One of my dogs was pregnant and I helped her give birth and raised one of her puppies. I take care of my 3 dogs and 4 cats every day. Love meeting new animals and enjoy taking care of them. I never get tired of it! I clean and feed my pets every day. About: Walking your dog will probably be the highlight of my day!I’ve spent my whole life helping raise dogs small to large, as well as helping friends and family out often. Even though in college I was a Health Science major, i took elective animal psych and behavioral classes that i feel really helped my understanding and knowledge about dogs and cats! I make my schedule to fit my pets needs, so in the morning I let my 2 dogs out for potty and little exercise before breakfast.My mom works from home so she will come let them out around noon and at 5 one of them goes on a walk with me while the other stays back in the yard (he doesn't like the outside world)! I will make sure your dogs needs are met depending on breed, size, age, etc. I have worked and owned dogs from 12lbs to 105lbs so I feel well equipped. If your dog is a breed I am not familiar with I will look into the breed beforehand to better understand the dog. Im used to reactive dogs, and am careful to read their body language at all times.

About: I'm happy to work with dogs of all walks and understand some dogs may need more time than others to get to know me. I'm experienced with training tools (crates/prong/ecollar) through working with a professional trainer with my own dog (a 3yo 80lb GSD mix), though respect owners' choices who prefer not to use them. My preferred relationship building style is through play and trust, putting dogs' safety and needs first. I currently work a full time 9-5 on weekdays. I'm available on weekends for drop ins and walks. 1-2 mile trail walks offered in the morning hours of summer and from dusk-dawn in other seasons. Aside from drop ins and a walk around the neighborhood, im very open (and love the great outdoors) to taking your pup on a short 1-2mi hike at nearby public dog friendly trails.
