About: Dogs have always been a part of my life. From growing up with dogs, to working with them, they've always been there. I'm a formally trained groomer who has worked in various places around New England. My specially was working with puppies and dogs with anxiety. Both of those need extra patience and time to keep them safe, comfortable, and to make it the best experience possible. I've also worked for a doggy daycare, have done at home walks, and have a number of years experience with housesitting dogs of all ages. I'm a stay at home mom with two young kids, one in school, one will be going in the fall. We spend plenty of time in our yard, getting fresh air and sun. I have a large yard, unfenced, and a good sized home with plenty of space. There are stairs in the front to get upstairs, but no stairs by the backdoor, making it easy for dogs with mobility issues to come inside.
“Katie was wonderful to work with and she took great care of my large golden, Andre, on the thanksgiving holiday. I was happy to see photos and updates while we were away. I would definitely use her again in the future.”

“Heather was an amazing sitter for our 11 yr old PORTY! Oreo loved meeting her and they hit it off immediately. I reached out to Heather for a drop in a few days prior and she was accommodating and was great about sharing messages and photos on her visit-Oreo loved her walk and we will certainly use her again!”

“This is the second time Anna has dropped in to care for Oliver in my absence. I appreciate how kinds she is and how well she relates to my cat. As before, she was very attentive to detail, communicated daily about her visits and left the place clean and tidy. She is my go-to person for cat care!!”

“Dalyce is professional and dependable and a very good communicator. Most importantly, she has a great disposition for both my anxious shephard and super mellow senior. Felt very comfortable knowing they were in her care.”

About: I’ve owned dogs ranging from 50 lbs to 80lbs through out my life. I have worked with all types of animals from as small as chickens up to 2000lb horses. I’m currently working part time. I have plenty of time to stay overnight to watch your precious little pups. I also have time to swing by during the day to let them out on a walk. For animals in your home I will follow whatever directions are left for me. On top of that I will also give the animals as much love as they need.
“Sam was amazing with our shy cat! Each visit he warmed up a little more until he was purring and cuddling. Sam sent adorable progress photos and took time to locate him under the furniture. We were so impressed with Sam’s undaunted patience, and we now feel comfortable knowing our cat is in good hands with her. She fed him on schedule and kept the area tidy. We couldn’t recommend Sam enough, and will definitely book with her again in the future. Thank you, Sam!!! - Diana and Brendan (and Pepper)”

“Julian took fantastic care of our cat, Clementine, while we were away. We were a little anxious about leaving our cat overnight for the first time, but Julian met up with me ahead of time to meet Clementine, go over care instructions, and address any concerns I had. The daily updates and photos were detailed and thoughtful and truly put my mind at ease. Julian even did an extra drop-in on very short notice due to our flight back being delayed - truly above and beyond service! I would highly recommend Julian and would absolutely book again in the future.”

About: I have worked at Dewey and Friends Pet Resort for the past two years as a kennel technician and was recently promoted to Team Lead. In this role, I have gained extensive experience caring for both daycare and boarding dogs, while also building strong relationships with pet owners. I am currently a junior in college on the pre-veterinary track, where I am pursuing my long-term goal of becoming a veterinarian. I am deeply passionate about animal care and enjoy continuing to learn as much as I can about animal health and behavior. I would love the opportunity to care for your dog and treat them with the same attention, patience, and affection that I would give to my own pets. I currently work full-time at Dewey and Friends Pet Resort, where I care for dogs during daycare and boarding. My schedule is primarily evenings and weekends, which leaves my mornings available Monday through Friday for dog walks and drop-in visits. I have a 5-year-old Australian Shepherd who is highly reactive, so I have extensive experience working with dogs that require extra patience, structure, and understanding. This has taught me how important it is to pay close attention to each dog’s individual needs and comfort level. In my current role at Dewey and Friends Pet Resort, I regularly administer medications, crate dogs when needed, provide leash walks, supervise social interactions, and care for multiple dogs at once. Whether in my home or yours, I prioritize safety, routine, and positive interactions to ensure your dog feels comfortable, secure, and well cared for.
“Brandon did an amazing good with my 2 cats! He was reliable! Had very well communication with my requests especially since it was so last minute! Highly recommended him! Will use him for my future trips!”

In addition to caring for my own pet, I’ve spent several years helping friends and family with their dogs. I regularly provide drop-in visits while they’re on vacation, making sure their pets are well-fed, comfortable, and get plenty of attention. I also take dogs on walks, keep up with their routines, and ensure they feel safe and cared for while their owners are away. I treat every pet like my own, with patience, love, and attention to detail. Whether it’s a quick check-in or a longer visit, I’m committed to providing reliable, trustworthy care and giving pet owners peace of mind. I am a student at WPI, so I am currently looking for summer work. I will be available every weekday early mornings to mid/late afternoon. I am willing to be flexible on my time availability and the amount of visits I can do depending on what the client is looking for. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for any pet. I always take the time to understand each pet’s routine, needs, and personality to make sure they feel comfortable and secure. In a client’s home, I respect your space and follow all instructions closely. Whether that’s feeding schedules, walk routines, medications, or specific house rules. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while maintaining the environment they’re used to. I also keep a close eye on their behavior and well-being and will update you regularly for peace of mind. When walking or caring for pets, I prioritize safety by keeping dogs securely leashed, avoiding unsafe situations, and staying aware of surroundings at all times. Overall, I aim to create a calm, loving, and dependable experience so both you and your pet feel completely at ease while you’re away.
