About: We enjoy walks outside and hiking on the local trails in the area. Our home is very welcoming to pets of all sizes. We have had 8 dogs at one time staying here in size from an extra large Swiss Mountain Dog to a tiny Chihuahua. We love playing with the pups in the yard and ensure they get the exercise they need. We also make sure there is always someone home with to make sure they are taken care of. Our Greater Swiss Mountain dog is extremely friendly with people and dogs and loves making new friends. He is very active and loves to play. We love pet sitting and look forward to meeting new pets from the area. I’m currently working from home. We usually start our day with a 1-2 mile local walk. Eat breakfast and start our day. Midday we play in the yard. We do not have a fenced yard, but we are secluded back from any roads. Dogs are always monitored when outside. We can do a tie out if necessary.

About: As a lifelong dog lover and dog owner, I’ve been caring for pets since I was young. Over the last 4 years, I’ve house sat and cared for dogs for friends and family, helping with walks, feeding, playtime, routines, and overnight care. I also help care for my roommate’s dog regularly, so I’m comfortable with the daily responsibilities that come with keeping pets happy, safe, and on schedule. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll care for yours like they’re part of my own family. I currently have a job where I work remotely for half the week and I am home on the weekends. I am free for boarding wednesdays after 4 through the weekend. I have a very flexible schedule at work so would be able to extend trips when needed! I currently have a large backyard that is fully fenced in and plenty of safe neighborhoods nearby for long walks. Caring for pets inside I have a clean home with no clutter to be sure the pets are safe with nothing to get into. I enjoy spending time with pets so am always playing and cuddling with them! When I am away I would always be sure they are safe and happy before leaving and could lock them up if need be but with my animals I like to let them roam when I am not home.

About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is that animals have always been a part of my life, not just something I care for occasionally. Growing up in a big family, our home was always FULL of pets...dogs, cats, rabbits, 2 birds, fish, even an iguana—and I learned from an early age how to nurture and care for animals of all kinds. My mom owned a horse, and my dad’s one dog soon turned into three—then he brought home a rescue. Years later my mom brought home a litter of abandoned kittens, so compassion for animals has been a part of my life from the very beginning.. I have over 20 years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes and ages, from playful puppies to senior pets who may need extra patience and medical support. I’m comfortable administering medication and paying close attention to pets with special needs. While in nursing school, I turned my love for animals into side work, walking dogs and providing overnight care for either dogs or cats. I treat every animal like my own, knowing how much they truly mean to the people who love them. Pet care fits into my routine very naturally. I’m a stay at home mom with a flexible schedule, so I’m able to give plenty of time and attention to the pets I care for. Your pet would have my full focus and lots of love. *For pups who aren’t used to stairs or have mobility concerns, we have a home elevator available so they won’t need to use any stairs.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and have owned five long-haired German Shepherds over the years, along with a Dachshund. Right now, I currently have three dogs named Coltrane, Jackson, and Oliver, so caring for animals has always been a huge part of my daily life. About: I have never had my own dog, but my family had/has a pitiful who is 12 years old and she made me fall in love with dogs. I was responsible for watching her and my parents two cats while they were on vacations or away. I would even be able to just stop by to take them out and feed them. I have a good sense of different needs for different dog/cat breeds and knowledge of nutrition needs as well. I’m very vigilant and I love to walk so I’m hoping to meet some dogs who love walking just as much. I also love to bathe and brush animals to get them all prettied up. I’m hoping this will be a good stepping stone to furthering my experience. I also have three of my own cats, Wamu, Chamkila and Eado who I love very much and are very spoiled. For me this would help me with getting out of the house, exercising and learning more about different dogs/cats along the way. It’ll help me towards me goals for working with animals. My schedule is pretty open. I am very vigilant with animals they can be hyper and excitable, I may high attention to detail and make sure to always check over pets for ticks and any other issues after walking. I usually carry pumpkin dog treats, freeze dried and easy on most stomachs. Im familiar with dogs who pull and know how to handle them and not get dragged.
