About: We enjoy walks outside and hiking on the local trails in the area. Our home is very welcoming to pets of all sizes. We have had 8 dogs at one time staying here in size from an extra large Swiss Mountain Dog to a tiny Chihuahua. We love playing with the pups in the yard and ensure they get the exercise they need. We also make sure there is always someone home with to make sure they are taken care of. Our Greater Swiss Mountain dog is extremely friendly with people and dogs and loves making new friends. He is very active and loves to play. We love pet sitting and look forward to meeting new pets from the area. I’m currently working from home. We usually start our day with a 1-2 mile local walk. Eat breakfast and start our day. Midday we play in the yard. We do not have a fenced yard, but we are secluded back from any roads. Dogs are always monitored when outside. I've had dogs of varying breeds and sizes (2 Wheaten Terriers, 2 Vizslas, Dachshund, 3 Yorkies, Hound mix, Wire Fox Terrier) and had cats most of my life too. I currently have one dogs of my own, a Wheaten Terrier named Sundae who loves everyone. I am currently working from home and live right on the rail trail where I can take your precious pup on walks throughout the day. I have ample experience with puppies, special needs dogs (meds dispensing including injections), and nursing and pregnant mommas to be! I have extra crates and plenty of expen fencing I can put up at any time! I am currently working from home so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pets. We sometimes go on trips or hikes, but mostly we stay close to home. If your pets are friendly they will get along well with my girl Sundae. If not, as a former show dog exhibitor, I am well versed in the art of "crate and rotate," or if needed "cozy bedroom and rotate." Safety and cleanliness comes first, always.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 15. I have taken care of neighbors, family, and close friends' animals. I have experience with a variety of dog breeds and personalities. I have had to administer medication via shots to animals before and feel comfortable in those situations. I have not much else that can interfere with me accompanying the animals. I will take the animals on walks and play with them. I want to make sure they are having as much fun as possible so they cannot worry about anything.
About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is that animals have always been a part of my life, not just something I care for occasionally. Growing up in a big family, our home was always FULL of pets...dogs, cats, rabbits, 2 birds, fish, even an iguana—and I learned from an early age how to nurture and care for animals of all kinds. My mom owned a horse, and my dad’s one dog soon turned into three—then he brought home a rescue. Years later my mom brought home a litter of abandoned kittens, so compassion for animals has been a part of my life from the very beginning.. I have over 20 years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes and ages, from playful puppies to senior pets who may need extra patience and medical support. I’m comfortable administering medication and paying close attention to pets with special needs. While in nursing school, I turned my love for animals into side work, walking dogs and providing overnight care for either dogs or cats. I treat every animal like my own, knowing how much they truly mean to the people who love them. Pet care fits into my routine very naturally. I’m a stay at home mom with a flexible schedule, so I’m able to give plenty of time and attention to the pets I care for. Your pet would have my full focus and lots of love. *For pups who aren’t used to stairs or have mobility concerns, we have a home elevator available so they won’t need to use any stairs.

About: I've had a dog for 15 years and have dog sat for many years. I've been walking pets for a year officially, and love every minute of it! I am currently not working at the moment so I am free everyday at anytime before 9pm to walk or watch the cats and dogs. I am able to give pets my full attention when visiting.
