About: Dogs and cats naturally gravitate toward me. For the last six years I have had the opportunity to watch a wide variety of animals in various stages of life and states of health, including extensive experience with ailing pets. Unrivaled personalized attention. This is my full time job - I walk and sit pets and it is my job and my passion - I am fortunate to be in a situation where your pet is my number one priority. I give full service, concierge level care to all the pets I watch. I am diligent, attentive, and observant, keeping a close eye on your pet's well being and happiness at all times. Pet sitting and dog walking are my full time job, so it is the first and most important part of my day and your pets will know it! I live in a large single family home with a big yard with a run for dogs and plenty of comfy places inside for dogs and kitties too!
About: For all of my life I have had animals. They bring sheer happiness to my soul. We currently have 3 seniors - 14 yo cat since a kitten, an 11yo small dog adopted in 2025 and a 10 yo dog we rescued when he was 4 months old. I understand how important it is when going away to know your furry friends are in good hands, safe and cared for. Those things make the experience of being away so much more relaxing. That is what I am here for, to help you relax and not worry that your pets are being stressed. Getting to know the unspoken needs and nuances of animals in my care is a main priority. Each of them has their own personality which, when recognized, makes the time together positive experience for all involved. I do work a full-time mainly remote job that offers flexibility to support the needs of animals in my care. While in my care, I am attentive to their needs keeping them on any type of schedule for continuity of care. My yard is partially fenced allowing me to offer a tethered sense of freedom for your dog. Cuddles, love and walks are absolutely on the menu.
About: Former vet tech currently working on becoming a dog training and would love to help you in making sure your fur baby is as happy as can be when you need! In school to become a dog trainer with a strong foundation in fear free and positive reinforcement training so a lot of my time is around observing and playing with dogs. I enjoy going to the dog park with my pup and working on different tricks and talking to other owners about things they've noticed with their own pets. I truly live to make the owner/pet bond stronger. My background in vet med allows me the ability to spot any possible concerns. Having open availability allows me the time and focus to properly care for your best friend.
About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. I believe pet care is about much more than feeding, potty breaks, and cuddles—it’s about making sure each pet feels safe, engaged, and comfortable while their family is away. For dogs, I focus on providing both physical exercise and mental enrichment through walks, play, training reinforcement, sniffing opportunities, puzzle games, and activities tailored to your dog’s age, energy level, and personality. Whether your dog loves an active adventure or prefers a slower-paced routine, I’ll make sure they receive attentive, individualized care. For cats, I’ve been caring for them since I was 10 years old and have experience with both healthy cats and those with special medical needs. I am comfortable administering medications, monitoring health concerns, and providing subcutaneous fluids when needed. I have experience caring for cats with chronic kidney disease and FELV+, and I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and close observation when caring for pets with medical conditions. As a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to find someone you trust. I pride myself on being dependable, communicative, and detail-oriented. I’ll follow your pet’s routine closely, provide regular updates and photos, and treat your pets as if they were my own. My goal is simple: to ensure your pets are happy, safe, mentally stimulated, and well cared for so you can enjoy peace of mind while you’re away. I am not currently working while I figure out my future path - I have lots of available free time to help care for your pets. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is maintaining their normal routine to help minimize stress and keep them comfortable while their family is away. I follow all feeding, exercise, medication, and care instructions closely and take the time to learn each pet’s unique personality, preferences, and needs. For dogs, this includes walks, playtime, enrichment activities, potty breaks, and plenty of attention and affection. I believe mental stimulation is just as important as physical exercise, so I incorporate activities such as sniff walks, training reinforcement, puzzle toys, or interactive play when appropriate. For cats, I ensure litter boxes are kept clean, feeding schedules are maintained, and that they receive the level of interaction they enjoy—whether that’s play sessions, brushing, cuddles, or simply quiet companionship. I am also comfortable administering medications and caring for cats with special medical needs. I provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I also treat every home with the same respect and care I would my own, ensuring it remains clean, secure, and exactly as you left it.
“Gray is always responsive and helped us out on short notice for a drop in visit. Wally feels very comfortable with them and they give attention and lots of pets to Wally to make him feel at ease.”

About: I’ve had cats and dogs all my life and just love animals. I currently have two cats of my own and plan on owning a dog once I’m out of an apartment. I’ve been pet sitting for about 3 years now since I’ve been out of college. I have experience with cats dogs and bunnies and the most I’ve handled at one time is two dogs, three cats, and a bunny for one family on their home. I can provide overnight care, or dog walking in the morning or evening. I do work full time during the week as a civil engineer but can be available on weekends or before or after work. I work full time during the week but am available morning/evenings and weekends to check in and play with your pets. I can do some overnights in your home if needed. I make sure your dogs are going out as much as they need to and fed when needed. I make sure your cats are fed at the times needed and they always have a clean litter box. I only care for pets in your home.
“Hannah was wonderful with our two kitties. She came over a day early for a meet and greet and our kitties warmed to her really quickly. She was very communicative and sent great updates. We loved having Hannah as our sitter and will definitely use her again!”

About: Hi Rover Community! I'm Darwin! I’ve been caring for pets since 2020, and what started as helping a friend quickly grew into something I truly love. My journey began when my best friend adopted a French Bulldog named Pepe (the first black dog in my profile). I was often asked to look after him, and over time I also became great buddies with Bean (the white dog in my profile), whom I spent four years around while living with their owner. Since then, I’ve continued caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities—from energetic puppies as young as three months old to full-grown companions. More recently, I’ve worked with Onyx (the second black dog in my profile) and I’m currently boarding a Dalmatian. Outside of pet sitting, I volunteer with Motley Mutts Rescue because giving animals love, attention, and safe care is something that genuinely means a lot to me. I look forward to meeting you and providing your furry family member with plenty of care, attention, and affection while you’re away! -Darwin Currently available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays between 9am-9pm, Tuesdays between 9am-5pm, Fridays 9am-4pm. Weekends available 9am-2pm. I have a flexible schedule and mostly work evening weekends and would love to assist you with your dog's needs. I enjoy physical activity and being active outdoors and look forward to working with you and your dog. I offer dog walking in your neighborhood or being able to take your dog on an adventure or even staying in your home with your dog.
About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I had a dog for most of my life, and for a few years fostered dogs at the same time, and had two dogs for a few years. I’ve fostered 10+ dogs of all sizes, ages, temperaments, and needs, including senior dogs and dogs with disabilities. I also have years of cat care experience and have volunteered at a local shelter and farm/sanctuary caring for dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, reptiles, and more. I’m comfortable caring for animals with all kinds of personalities and needs, and I bring patience, reliability, and genuine care to every pet I look after. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pets with someone, and I’m committed to making them feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Pet care is a wonderful way for me to spend my time doing something I genuinely love. Right now I have availability on the weekends for pet care. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I’m passionate about providing them with the same patience, attention, and care I would want for my own pets. I enjoy being active, spending time outdoors, and getting to know each animal’s unique personality. I understand that caring for someone’s pet also means caring for their home and respecting their space. I’m clean, responsible, and attentive to details, and I would treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own. I’m happy to keep things tidy, follow any household routines or instructions, bring in mail, water plants, and make sure everything is secure and in order while you’re away. Most importantly, I want you to come home knowing both your pets and your home were well cared for.
About: I am a trusted dog/cat sitter for a little over 8 years for friends and family. I also have my own pup named Bella who is 10 years old. I thrive to expand my knowledge, meet more furry friends and take on more responsibility as a dog/cat sitter. I work at a financial institution (9-5), which allow me to have mornings and afternoons free. I get up early, to get the day started, let animals out or go for walks, and fresh food or water. I don't have a lot of space in my own apartment to have many animals. I do frequent many trails that I take Bella to! I have large dog park and long walking trail not far from me. Totally up to preference, it is important for your animal to be as comfortable as possible.
“She was awesome being able to help me out with a couple days notice. She was able to follow my instructions of feeding my cats loving on them and ironically, most importantly, keeping my plant/flowers alive while I was on vacation by watering them. Thank you so much!”

I'd love the opportunity to take care of your pets around my schedule. Usually I have Wednesdays and Sundays off, and im usually home by 7. When you need those late night dates nights, to when you just need a break, i can always be there to help! I am a 22 year old animal lover with a strong passion for helping people in whatever they need! I am more then willing to help clean up a little if you just need a mental break, or if the animal im sitting just needs some extra care, whether that be accompanying you to the vet, or getting them out of the house for a bit, so you can relax. Morgan is so kind and helpful with Loki. Just what he needs! Morgan’s always communicating and updating when necessary and that’s helpful for me, the anxious dog mom. So lucky to have Morgan and Loki just adores her! Thank you for helping us. Appreciate you. 💚

Lindsay is amazing! She is flexible with our hectic schedules. She treats our crazy puppy with love and compassion ! He looks forward to seeing her every time. Lindsay goes above and beyond and even gives us tips and tricks for training our baby. We love Lindsay!

We love working with Lily! She is so communicative and takes amazing care of our pets. She lets us know if something seems a little out of the norm with them (one of our dogs had some health issues). She sends a bunch of pictures and is so thorough in her notes. Looking forward to working with her more in the future!!

Emily is fantastic with Libby and treats her like her own! She is very receptive to learning about Libby, her routine and needs, and Libby loves spending time with her. I feel 100% confident having Emily pop in for visits and take Libby on walks while I'm at work. Libby is looking forward to more visits, cuddles and walks with Emily!

I would use Dayna again in a heartbeat, she treats my animals like family and provides lots of pictures. She responded quickly to questions I had and really put my mind at ease while we were out of town. I can tell my fur babies had a wonderful time over the weekend, thank you so much, Dayna! We will be using you again next month!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
