“This was my first time getting a pet sitter and I couldn’t be happier! My cat is getting old and Stephanie did as great job at not only keeping her company and making sure she was happy, but also keeping me informed on how she was doing. Loved the pictures! I will definitely use her again.”

About: What sets me apart is the level of care and attention I give every pet. I treat every animal as if they were my own, taking the time to understand their personality, routine, and individual needs. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or older and needs a slower pace, I focus on keeping them comfortable, safe, and happy while you're away. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, including puppies that need consistency, patience, and reinforcement of basic training and house routines. I'm also comfortable caring for senior dogs who require medications, mobility assistance, or a more relaxed schedule. I pay close attention to feeding instructions, exercise needs, and any medical or behavioral concerns. Reliability and communication are extremely important to me. I'll provide regular updates, photos, and prompt responses so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to give you peace of mind while providing your pet with dependable, compassionate care in a safe and loving environment. I make it a priority to give each pet the time and attention they deserve rather than rushing through visits. Whether it's sticking to a feeding schedule, administering medication, taking a long walk, or simply providing companionship, I plan my day around each pet's needs. My goal is to provide dependable, consistent care so your pet stays comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you're away. I believe pets are happiest when they can stick to their normal routine, so I do everything I can to maintain their schedule while you're away. In your home, I follow your instructions closely for feeding, walks, playtime, medications, and bedtime routines. I also make sure your home stays clean and secure, including refreshing water bowls, cleaning up after pets, and keeping litter boxes or outdoor areas tidy. I take the time to get to know each pet's personality. Some love long walks and games of fetch, while others simply want companionship and affection. I adapt my care to meet their individual needs and comfort level. For puppies, I'm happy to reinforce house-training, crate routines, and basic commands that you're already working on. For senior pets, I provide a slower pace, extra patience, medication administration if needed, and close monitoring for any changes in behavior or health. Safety is always my top priority. I use secure leashes and harnesses, never leave pets unattended in unsafe situations, and make sure they have plenty of fresh water, exercise, and attention. I'll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is in caring, dependable hands.
“Alex is great! She took her time with the meet and greet even though the cats were a little shy and I swear by the time we got back from vacation they were sad it was us walking through the door and not her. The updates for the multiple drop in visits included pictures which is always appreciated when you are away! Alex is respectful and reliable and we will certainly use her again for our furbaby needs. Thank you Alex!”

“Tegan has walked my dog for the last couple months while I'm at work and she has been so wonderful! She is on time and communicated well. I have a high energy husky and Tegan has done such a great job with her. I couldn't recommend her more!”

“Gray is always responsive and helped us out on short notice for a drop in visit. Wally feels very comfortable with them and they give attention and lots of pets to Wally to make him feel at ease.”

“Erin is a fantastic sitter. She was incredibly helpful for the two weeks we had her provide drop-in visits for. She communicated well. We loved the pictures and are so glad all three of our cats had such excellent care. She even took our garbage down to the street for trash day which was absolutely above and beyond. We came home to three well cuddled, well-fed, and happy kitties. We would absolutely use her services again in the future.”

“Finding Rover was a huge help with a recent vacation but meeting Amaiya and having her take care of our old girls while we were away was a great piece of mind for us. She made her self available on short notice to meet us. She sent pics and updates each of the days she visited. Really appreciated your time and will gladly work with you again Amaiya!”

“We highly recommend Kate without reservation! We have never left our kittens, Crystal and Opal, with anyone since we were apprehensive to have anyone else watch them. We had heard great things about Rover and were lucky to find Kate! She was so flexible to meet all of our needs since we also have fish! It was very assuring to get a daily report from Kate with photographs showing them playing and being happy with her! We were so pleased with everything and highly recommend her! We will definitely be using her services again soon and will be repeat customers!”

“Heather was wonderful with my cat. We've only lived here for 3 weeks,so she's a bit nervous about people coming in and out of the house. Heather was calm with Teaghan. I got photos and even a follow up after I got home to see if Teaghan ate her food!”

About: Dogs have always been a part of my life. From growing up with dogs, to working with them, they've always been there. I'm a formally trained groomer who has worked in various places around New England. My specially was working with puppies and dogs with anxiety. Both of those need extra patience and time to keep them safe, comfortable, and to make it the best experience possible. I've also worked for a doggy daycare, have done at home walks, and have a number of years experience with housesitting dogs of all ages. I'm a stay at home mom with two young kids, one in school, one will be going in the fall. We spend plenty of time in our yard, getting fresh air and sun. I have a large yard, unfenced, and a good sized home with plenty of space. There are stairs in the front to get upstairs, but no stairs by the backdoor, making it easy for dogs with mobility issues to come inside.
“Jessica was caring and attentive to our kitties! She was able to modify some instructions when my kitten wasn’t eating as well and was very communicative with updates. Thanks, Jessica!”

“Brooke did a fantastic job checking in on our 11 year old Labrador while we were away for 2 1/2 days. She kept me updated with pictures and notes and asked any questions she may have had. Highly recommend and we will hopefully rebook her again if she’s available!”

“Brye was an absolute delight and a wonderful pet sitter. She followed all of my instructions perfectly. Most importantly, the photographs she sent showed how much she connected with our cats. It was clear from their faces that they were content and happy. When I returned home, my kitties were well-cared for and joyful. I highly recommend Brye as your pet sitter. She is very attentive and truly loves pets.”

“Robert did a splendid job with our dog Rebel. We left him with instructions for food and medicine, and he carried them out faithfully. Robert was respectful, on-time, and thorough. We have already booked him again later this month!”

Kelsey was amazing! I went away for two weeks and she was a critical part of my care plan for the pups! She was reliable and easy to communicate with. Both Frankie and Hank were so happy when Kelsey arrived for her check ins. She kept me in the loop with updates, pictures and made sure they had everything they needed during check-ins! She even got to know their different personalities and quirks that make them special. Over all super happy that we met Kelsey! Would highly recommend!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
