Becky responded quickly whenever we checked in and sent some cute photos and updates along the way which we really appreciated. We love that they took the time to slowly introduce him to the other dogs staying there, allowed him to sleep anywhere he wanted, and fed him his special dinner every night. We feel very comfortable boarding our dog with them and will definitely be bringing him back for another stay the next time we go away! :)”

We didn’t get the usual ‘cold shoulder’ from Brook when we returned from our vacation, so that speaks volumes. This is our third time we’ve had to leave Brook to travel. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Hard to leave, but knowing Brook will be well taken care of and happy makes it MUCH easier. She earned and deserves all five stars from our family!”

Cheese came in for the meet and greet and after a good sniff laid down to chew on one of the toys she provided for visiting pups. Communication was great and she sent lots of updates and photos. “Kiana was truly amazing. I had a sudden family emergency that required me to go out of state. She went so far above and beyond during that time, while having no obligation to do so. From the beginning of the cats stay with Kiana, she had been so incredibly flexible, she agreed to watch them with only two days notice, and due to the situation evolving and becoming unpredictable, she was more than happy to allow me to extend their stay. She was the direct cause of so much stress relief due to knowing the cats were safe, and well taken care of. 5/5 human. As for her actual care of the kitties she again went well above and beyond anything anyone might think is going the extra mile. The cats were given the space needed to become comfortable and very quickly, and happily adapted to the new routine. I received frequent pictures and videos, she was very communicative, and because of her vigilance we were able to create a plan of action for one of the kitties who started throwing up more frequently than normal. She even went out and bought higher quality food for the cats, and implemented a structured feeing strategy so we could better assess the puking, which I doubt was an easy task since they both free fed before they were boarded. She kept me up to date at all times and provided regular, detailed updates. 5/5 for animal care as well. She is the best sitter/boarder I have ever had any experience with, by exponents, it’s not even close. Her service was head, and shoulders above anyone I’ve personally used before and far better than anything I’ve heard about other boarders. Choosing Kiana to care for your pets should be an insanely easy decision for anyone who wants their animals taken care of at the highest level of care, and wants someone that is just a straight up good human as well.”
