“Very hospitable and attentive. Sent many photos of my dog, playing with other dogs, chewing squeaky toys they gave him, playing ball, and resting with the pack. My dog was happy and in good health when I picked him up. I will have no stress about leaving him there again.”

“Bielka was great. She responded to my request quickly and was able to accommodate my pup last minute, when my usual sitter had to cancel. She took good care of my dog, and was able to handle her quirks and energy with seeming ease. When I picked up my dog, Bielka gave me a little summary of their time together and let me know how my dog did. She truly cared and loved her, and I so appreciated that. It's not always easy to find somebody who will provide that care and form a connection with your dog over a short period of time and it feels like Bielka did just that. My dog seemed totally at ease. I'm so grateful for Bielka and would 100% recommend her!”

“I recently boarded my dog with Daria for the first time, and I was a bit nervous since it was my dog's first experience staying in a stranger's house. However, Daria was amazing! She made my dog feel comfortable and at ease right away. The updates and pictures she sent showed how well my dog was adapting and enjoying the stay. Her kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. I highly recommend Daria for anyone needing a reliable and caring dog sitter, especially for first-timers!”

“Katherine was amazing!!! She took care of our dog as if he was her own. We had a long vacation and she took him for the whole time, no problem!!! She even took an overnight so he would be familiar with her prior to our trip. We will use her again in the future!!! I wish there were 6 stars to give!!!”

“Andrea is a warm and caring pet sitter. Within minutes of our arrival, my dog relaxed and settled in. I was able to enjoy a weekend away knowing that he was safe and being taken care of very well.”

“Jodie was absolutely amazing with my dog over Memorial Day weekend! She went above and beyond to make sure she was happy and well cared for. She kept me updated with great communication throughout the stay and sent lots of photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. My dog had an absolute blast with her, and it was clear she was in great hands the entire time. I would highly recommend Jodie to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive pet sitter!”

“Chase is a rescue who hates crates and boarding facilities, so Charlene's welcoming home and large yard were a game-changer. She took great care of him all week, sent pics/updates, and he was totally relaxed when I got back.”

“Kimberlie was fantastic! We left our pup with her for 4 days at the last minute and she was nothing short of amazing in her updates, structure, playtime and overall care she gave to Bernie. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for someone to take care of their dog with as much love as they do...Bernie almost did not want to come back with us :) We will definitely be booking with Kimberlie again in the future, thank you!”

“I always worry that Cheese comes on a little too excited when she first meets people, but Dalyce seemed super prepared. Cheese came in for the meet and greet and after a good sniff laid down to chew on one of the toys she provided for visiting pups. Communication was great and she sent lots of updates and photos. Will definitely book again!”

“Becky and Bob took AMAZING care of our 4 year old Cavapoo. We did a couple trial runs to prepare our dog for a 1 week stay, and he did great every time. Becky responded quickly whenever we checked in and sent some cute photos and updates along the way which we really appreciated. We love that they took the time to slowly introduce him to the other dogs staying there, allowed him to sleep anywhere he wanted, and fed him his special dinner every night. We feel very comfortable boarding our dog with them and will definitely be bringing him back for another stay the next time we go away! :)”

“Dayna is a true dog person. Upon entering her home and meeting with her I knew my dog was in excellent hands. Dayna took such good care of my girl and sent regular updates. I didn't worry for a second when my dog was with her. Dayna is friendly, kind, and will take perfect care of your dog and make sure they have such a good time. It was like summer camp for my pup. Thank you, Dayna!”

“Rob took great care of my dog while we were away on vacation. He was very responsive and kept us updated with photos, and shared regular updates how she was eating, and whether she was comfortable. It felt like my dog had a great time there.”

“Donnie and maddy are nothing short of amazing ! I was so worried leaving my anxious rescue boy anywhere , it was our first time boarding and Donnie and maddy put my mind at ease , sent me videos of buddy playing with the other doggies while I was away , and buddy bear came home a much more calm dog they definitely worked with him a lot on his anxiety and we couldn’t be more happy with Donnie and maddy we will definitely rebook in the future ?”

“Brooke has watched our Pup Izzy several times and every time Izzy comes back happy and energized! Brooke is amazing with updates and would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a sitter. Thanks again Brooke!”

“Christina took such wonderful care of Milo and Ellie while we were away. She kept us at ease with regular updates and photos, which we truly appreciated. It was clear they were in great hands the entire time. Both dogs came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. We would absolutely trust Christina again and highly recommend her”

“I feel so comfortable leaving my dog with Janelle and Bob! They are so caring and loving! They have a great set up with a fenced in backyard! I know that my dog is safe and well cared for when I'm away. I would highly recommend them to care for your fur babies!”

“Heather was able to take care of Rosy overnight at short notice, and was welcoming and receptive to Rosy’s needs (including eye drops). Rosy seems to have befriended the family and was safe and sound at pick-up.”

“Lindsey was great! This was our first time away from our 10 month old german Sheppard. We were a bit nervous about it at first but Lindsey sent us pictures and videos that put our worries at ease. We will definitely be using her again!”

“This was our first time leaving our beloved golden retriever, Sophie in the care of a pet sitter, and Ashley more than met our expectations. She provided us with daily photos and comments of Sophie's activities, to which was such a wonderful benefit. We would definitely utilize Ashley's services in the future, as I think Sophie is missing her already.”
“I booked Andres services again after our first very positive experience! In all the photos Andrea sent, I could so clearly see how comfortable my senior wiener Peggy was at her house. I had not one worry about my dog when I was on my trip. Andrea will be our first choice for the next time we need a sitter!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Hooksett
Our dog Mona always comes back looking happy and healthy after her lengthy stay with Beilka. We boarded our dog at kennels and when picking her up after a weekend Mona looked stressed and wouldn’t eat. But with Beilka you can see that Mona is relaxed, happy and just well taken care of. I can’t thank her enough for helping care for Mona during our long trip. Normally I worry about her because I know she isn’t the happiest where she’s at the kennel. But this was the first trip that we all felt assured she was in good hands. Lots of updates and photos helped put at as ease. Forever grateful to have met Beilka and family. They are lovely and feel familiar as if you’ve known them your whole life. Mona is thankful as well!

I’ve been lucky to always have family or close friends to watch my pup Lorenzo, so I was quite nervous when it came to having someone I hadn’t met previously watching him. Donna put me at ease right away and was so lovely to work with. She kept me updated with photos of Lorenzo having the best time with her pups. I will definitely book Donna again in the future!!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
