About: I have personal experience caring for my own senior dogs and a cat. I walk dogs at the animal shelter every week, so i have great experience walking dogs with a variety of needs. I have pet sat many times for a variety of dog breeds (including dachshund, labradoodle, australian shepherd, pointer), cats, and pets with medical issues. I work remotely monday, thursday, and friday each week so i am flexible during those weekdays and able to house sit and be with the pets all day if needed. I cannot care for pets in my own home, but I have house sat before and am respectful, clean, and will be able to keep your pet comfortable and happy.

About: I’ve had cats my entire life! (And dogs, too, when younger) I have experience with administering some medications. I find for cats, pill pockets are wonderful and provide a stress free administration! As loveable as my guy is, he absolutely loathes being pilled. I work a full-time Monday through Friday 8A-4P job and am available most evenings. And when I’m not traveling to the mountains on the weekends, I have availability as well. I have one indoor cat that has a minor medical issue for which he receives medication. In becoming a pet sitter, to begin with, I’d prefer cats and small to medium breed dogs to acclimate I’d highly prefer to do an in person meet and greet prior to any scheduling to make certain we’re a good fit for one another!

“Alyssa has always had an animal in her life, especially dogs. Growing up she had two chocolate labs that were shared with her family. She was responsible for walking, feeding, playing, bathing, and caring for the dogs. Which was no problem for Alyssa as she loved the dogs and did anything they wanted. In college Alyssa would help watch my two husky dogs, which were not easy. They are your stereotypical huskys loves to escape, receive attention, and get in trouble. Overall, they are a handful and Alyssa cared and loved the dogs as if they were her own keeping her calm and patience when I asked her to help.”

Leonella bonded very quickly with kipo and sent photos and updates. She was there even on the cold and wintry days and even filled the bird feeders for my dad/brought in our packages.
