About: Hi there! Trusting someone with your fur baby isn’t easy—and it shouldn’t be. Every pet deserves individualized care, patience, kindness, and most of all, genuine love. With over 7 years of hands-on animal care experience, you can feel confident you’ve found someone who truly understands that. I started at just 14 as a zookeeper’s aide in Boston, and have since spent years dog walking and pet sitting throughout the Greater Boston area. I’ve recently relocated to New Hampshire and am so excited to meet some new furry friends! Whether it’s a peaceful walk, playtime, or just giving your pet the attention they deserve, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. Let’s get started—your pup is already dreaming of fresh air, paws in the grass, and a few well-earned treats I currently work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to focus on your pet’s needs. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and sitting throughout the week, with more open availability in the afternoons and on weekends. I’m happy to work with your schedule and make sure your pet gets consistent, reliable care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. I have one dog and two cats at home, and I maintain a calm, structured environment. My dog is on the more sensitive side, which has made me especially attentive to reading behavior, body language, and creating a low-stress atmosphere for every pet in my care. I take introductions slowly and thoughtfully, and I’m always able to separate pets when needed to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. While I don’t have a fenced yard, I focus more on structured, engaging walks rather than free roaming. All outdoor time is closely supervised and secure, giving your dog both physical exercise and mental stimulation in a safe, controlled way. I’m also happy to crate if that’s part of your dog’s routine and will follow your care instructions closely to keep things consistent and stress-free.

My cats loved her from the very first introduction. Lindsay is not only an animal lover, she's also a great lady. We’re definitely looking forward to having her care for our cats in the future.”

“Lindsey watched our dog, Jack, for an impromptu visit to the aquarium and lunch. She took WONDERFUL care of him and even though we’d never met her before, we were instantly put at ease by her calm and kind demeanor. Next time we’re in Newport, we’ll definitely reach out to her again. Thank you Lindsey!”

“I handed Katherine an elderly, deaf, medically compromised Cavalier and she did a beautiful job caring for Miley who needed medications and soothing comfort. What we learned is Miley will do best staying in her own familiar home to have care come to her. Katherine called with any concerns and shared pics. I would trust Katherine to care for Miley again given how knowledgeable and gentle she is. Katherine showed both customer service and professionalism while Miley was in her care. A 5 star provider”
“Katie was amazing! This was our first time using Rover and we are very particular with our older Havanese. She was very communicative, sent pictures/videos during the day and asked clarifying questions if needed. We will definitely book with Katie again if/when we come back to Manchester.”

“My 8yo dog Wilbur loved her time with Joshua and Rebecca! We haven't needed dog sitting or daycare often, and I am so glad I was able to find Joshua while in town on a work trip. Wilbur made new friends (she can be a loner but loves people), got out on tons of walks and creeks, and even got to ride in the dog van. It can be stressful finding the right dog care when on the road vs. at home with people you know, and I'm glad Wilbur got to spend a few day care days with this family!”

About: I've been a pet owner my entire life. I've had dogs of varying breeds and sizes (2 Wheaten Terriers, 2 Vizslas, Dachshund, 3 Yorkies, Hound mix, Wire Fox Terrier) and had cats most of my life too. I currently have one dogs of my own, a Wheaten Terrier named Sundae who loves everyone. I have ample experience with puppies, special needs dogs (meds dispensing including injections), and nursing and pregnant mommas to be! I have extra crates and plenty of expen fencing I can put up at any time! I am currently working from home so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pets. We sometimes go on trips or hikes, but mostly we stay close to home. If your pets are friendly they will get along well with my girl Sundae. If not, as a former show dog exhibitor, I am well versed in the art of "crate and rotate," or if needed "cozy bedroom and rotate." Safety and cleanliness comes first, always.
“Jodie is absolutely amazing! Booked her last minute for two days of daycare for my puppy and she excepted right away. Her updates and communication throughout the day is absolutely awesome. I could not recommend a better person to watch your pet. I will be continuing to use her for all my daycare and boarding needs! If I could give her 10 stars I would!!”

“Lindsay was fantastic! I will continue to use her in the future when I need a dog walker/pet sitter. She is responsive, attentive and even brought in my packages that were left at my door. I highly recommend Lindsay.”

About: I currently have two cats and two dogs that I absolutely adore and consider part of the family. I've also pet sat for family friends and have experience caring for pets with different needs and personalities. After caring for a sick fur baby of my own, I'm comfortable giving medications and helping pets who need a little extra attention or medical care. I understand how important it is to know your pets are in good hands, and I’ll always treat them with the same love, patience, and care that I give my own. ❤️ I’m currently a full-time college student completing my classes online, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for pet care. Because I can plan my coursework around my commitments, I’m able to be dependable and accommodate a wide range of pet care needs. I’m more than happy to provide in-home visits to care for your precious pets. Before any visits begin, I like to meet with families to discuss any questions, concerns, or special care instructions. It’s also a great opportunity for your pets to get comfortable with me and for us to make sure we’re a good fit. My goal is to help both you and your pets feel safe, confident, and at ease while you're away.

“Our dog is usually hesitant when meeting new people But he warmed up to Melanie Very fast and loves his walks. By the second time she came he seemed to already be settled into the routine and looking forward to her coming. Highly recommended.”

“Appreciate Morgan’s communication and care for Loki! I was home earlier than expected and easily able to cancel a booked reservation at very short notice. Thank you so much!”

“Highly recommend! We use Josh for dog walks and couldn’t be happier. Our dogs LOVE Josh and so do we. He is extremely dependable, an amazing communicator, and treats our girls like their one of his own. One of our girls can be very reactive towards other dogs while on walks and Josh took the time to help with this. He was even able to include one of his dogs on a walk with our reactive pup after some training. The walk went great and we can see such a difference in our girls behavior for the better! We truly couldn’t ask for better care for our girls. 10/10!”

About: I have been pet-sitting for four years. I’m very familiar with animals of all kinds. I have a teacup chihuahua of my own. The people who have booked me in the past have had medium to big dogs, young to old, so I am well-versed in taking care of dogs of all sizes and all ages. I have grown up with dogs and cats, and I love animals overall!! I’m using Rover as a side job. My schedule is currently flexible, and I’m willing to work with owners to find a time and day that works for both of us. I send daily updates with photos and videos to owners. I’m well versed in giving liquid and pill medication. I’m always available to be reached while caring for your pets. I will bring your pets on at least two walks a day, depending on your pet. I’ll never make your pet do something they do not want to do/are uncomfortable with, within reason. (I.e. I have to make your pet do something for their safety.) If you have a shock collar, I will not use it. I feel it is inhumane to shock animals into submission and obedience.

About: Hi Rover Community! I'm Darwin! I’ve been caring for pets since 2020, and what started as helping a friend quickly grew into something I truly love. My journey began when my best friend adopted a French Bulldog named Pepe (the first black dog in my profile). I was often asked to look after him, and over time I also became great buddies with Bean (the white dog in my profile), whom I spent four years around while living with their owner. Since then, I’ve continued caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities—from energetic puppies as young as three months old to full-grown companions. More recently, I’ve worked with Onyx (the second black dog in my profile) and I’m currently boarding a Dalmatian. Outside of pet sitting, I volunteer with Motley Mutts Rescue because giving animals love, attention, and safe care is something that genuinely means a lot to me. I look forward to meeting you and providing your furry family member with plenty of care, attention, and affection while you’re away! -Darwin Currently available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays between 9am-9pm, Tuesdays between 9am-5pm, Fridays 9am-4pm. I enjoy physical activity and being active outdoors and look forward to working with you and your dog. I offer dog walking in your neighborhood or being able to take your dog on an adventure or even staying in your home with your dog.

When I went to pick him up, he acted like he didn't want to leave she treated him so well! :) Sharon and her husband, Tom, have a lovely home and a great back yard and Braxton was very comfortable. She even bought him some toys to play with, took him for walks, and sat outside with him. I highly recommend Sharon. Stephanie E.”

“Amanda was great, she took such good care of Caju, and was flexible about the drop off which was really helpful for us. Amanda and her partner were very friendly, communicative and made sure Caju had a good time while he was there, they have a big fenced yard for the dogs to run around.”

“Emily & Kevin are absolutely the best! Milo had never been boarded. I hesitated to leave him however, after the meet and greet I had absolutely no reservations. From the time he arrived at their home they completely dedicated their time and energy to him. This was not just for one day, but THREE. I was kept up to date throughout each day about how he was doing and was sent pictures of his adventures with them. I cannot say enough good things about this couple and the quality of service they provide. If you want a worry-free time away from your baby (Milo is definitely my baby)… I recommend them to anyone without hesitation!”
