“Rosie was very happy and well taken care of. Jessica went out of her way to make sure she ate since Rosie was homesick and not eating her dry food. I was updated daily with pictures.”

“Julia and Connor were incredible with my pup! They were flexible and so communicative with lots of pictures and updates. Cheese had a full day of play and attention, and came home zonked. I’ll definitely book with them again!”

“Aya and Abdullah took excellent care of my 2 cats. My cats were both rescues and I was unsure of how they would behave in a new environment with other cats. Aya made sure they were gradually introduced and felt comfortable in their own private space. She provided regular updates and pics. The cats seemed so happy where they were and also very happy when I brought them home, no bad habits developed duringn their 2 week stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Aya and Abdullah! Thanks again!!”

About: My husband and I have been around dogs our entire lives and have hands-on experience caring for them in a home environment. Currently, we have a large, professionally trained dog who has helped us develop strong skills in structure, consistency, and understanding dog behavior. She was trained through 6 months, and we continue to reinforce that training daily, so I’m very comfortable with commands, routines, and maintaining a calm, well-balanced environment. We have experience with: • Large and high-energy breeds • Maintaining feeding schedules and routines • Reinforcing basic training and good behavior • Reading dog body language and temperament • Creating a safe, calm environment for multiple dogs For us, safety and attentiveness are second nature. We are always present, aware, and intentional about making sure every dog in our care feels comfortable, secure, and well looked after. Your dog will never feel like they’re in a kennel they’ll feel like they’re part of our family. Your dog’s stay will feel like a true home away from home, safe, loving, and tailored just for them. • Daily walks (morning, afternoon, and evening) plus plenty of outdoor time • Support with training and reinforcement of good habits, we’ve worked with professional trainers and are happy to continue that structure • Lots of snuggles, attention, and one-on-one care • Supervised playtime with our gentle, well-trained dog, Paris • Calm evenings with a consistent, comforting routine • Kind, dog-loving kids who interact gently and safely We’re highly attentive to each dog’s unique needs and energy level, whether they’re playful and active or more relaxed and cuddly. We’re happy to accommodate your dog’s individual sleeping routine to make them feel as comfortable as possible. You’ll also receive regular updates and photos, so you can feel completely at ease knowing your dog is happy, cared for, and part of our family while you’re away. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are our top priorities. We provide a calm, structured, and impeccably clean home where dogs are always supervised and cared for with intention. To ensure a truly personalized, low-stress, luxury experience, we limit the number of dogs in our care. Dogs are never left unattended for long periods, and all interactions, whether with our dog Paris or my children, are closely monitored to ensure safe, positive experiences. Paris is well-trained, gentle, and accustomed to being around other dogs. We take time to understand each dog’s routine, preferences, and temperament so we can provide a consistent and comfortable stay. “Joshua, you were fantastic with my dog Slippy for the full 10 days. From the very beginning, I could tell how much care and attention you gave him. The regular updates and sweet photos meant the world to me and let me truly relax on my trip. Slippy came home happy, energetic, and clearly well-loved. I so grateful for everything you did. Thank you so much, Joshua — I would happily trust you with Slippy again anytime!”

“Charlene went above and beyond boarding my dog! She was right at home and settled in so nicely. She came back content, and if anything, I think she misses her friend Zeke (one of the cats)! Would definitely look to her again for boarding!”

“My dogs LOVED their “vacation” with Donna and were happy to see me when I picked them up but I think would have been happier to stay with Donna 😆. What a beautiful property set up perfectly to keep dogs happy and safe.”

“Wonderful first experience with Andrea! She is such a wonderful caregiver. Very welcoming and kind. Put Freddie at ease as well as myself. He enjoyed being in the snow in her large yard. He made a new friend with Chole! Always able to get in touch with and also received many great pictures. 5 Stars great caregiver!!”

About: I’ve had animals my whole life! I have experience of caring for multiple animals at once. At one point we had 4 cats, kittens, and a dog in my house! Since moving out on my own I haven’t had any animals of my own, but any chance I get to care for someone else’s furry friends I take! My sister has a 4 year old lab mix pup that I take care of all the time from a night out to a week long vacation, I’m more than willing to give him the love he deserves. I’ll be glad to do the same for your fur babies I currently work a 8-5 Mon-Friday, but I have an hour during each day where I can do a mid-day visit! I’d love to do walks before work, but also willing to do evening walking. Weekend work will be mostly for the over night care!! I live in an apartment complex with other dogs so it is important that your dogs get along with others if they will be at my home! If they are with me we have a dog run where I will take the dog to play with a tennis ball, we would go on walks and I have tons of toys to keep them entertained while inside!
About: I am a reliable, active, and detail-oriented dog sitter. I tailor every stay to your dog's unique routine and personality. Fully equipped to handle feeding, medication, exercise and plenty of TLC. Let's chat about how I can make your dog's day great! I do doggie daycare/boarding full time, so I am always home. During the day, the pups go on pack walks, explore and sniff or they can chill in the fenced yard, if that is more their style. I am I am fully insured and certified in canine first aid and CPR, so your dog is always in safe, capable hands. My family dogs are friendly, laid back and always welcome to new friends. My home is set up with multiple boundaries to allow dogs to have quiet time when needed.
“Savannah is an amazing sitter. My dog Snow loves her and loves staying with her. You can tell she really cares and forms a strong bond. She is my go to person when I need a sitter.”

“I can’t say enough how happy I am to have found Julianna. She has a great personality, is informative and took our girl (Brook) in as one of her family, in fact - her entire family took her in. We didn’t get the usual ‘cold shoulder’ from Brook when we returned from our vacation, so that speaks volumes. This is our third time we’ve had to leave Brook to travel. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Hard to leave, but knowing Brook will be well taken care of and happy makes it MUCH easier. She earned and deserves all five stars from our family!”

“Emily & Kevin are absolutely the best! Milo had never been boarded. I hesitated to leave him however, after the meet and greet I had absolutely no reservations. From the time he arrived at their home they completely dedicated their time and energy to him. This was not just for one day, but THREE. I was kept up to date throughout each day about how he was doing and was sent pictures of his adventures with them. I cannot say enough good things about this couple and the quality of service they provide. If you want a worry-free time away from your baby (Milo is definitely my baby)… I recommend them to anyone without hesitation!”

“Katherine did an excellent job watching our pup. We had an unexpected complication with a paw injury so Pepper had to take antibiotics and wear a cone, but Katherine was was totally up to the task.”

“Amanda and her family were great with out little Pluto. He loved being around her dog Chai and her wonderful children. We loved it so much that he is going back this weekend. Thank you so much Amanda.”

“Jodie was absolutely amazing with my dog over Memorial Day weekend! She went above and beyond to make sure she was happy and well cared for. She kept me updated with great communication throughout the stay and sent lots of photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. My dog had an absolute blast with her, and it was clear she was in great hands the entire time. I would highly recommend Jodie to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive pet sitter!”

“I wish every sitter could be like Lindsey. Pablo had a great time at her home with her family and other dogs. He even got some swim time! I didn't even know he could swim! On our next trip to Oregon, I will definitely be calling her again!”

“Highly recommend Morgan! She is honestly a cat whisperer. She took such great care of our kitties while we were away for our wedding weekend! She is particularly good with special needs like giving medications, and special treats to particularly picky kitties. Super nice and responsive, will go back for any future cat care needs!”

“She was great! She came at times requested, great feedback. Supplied photos. Very pleasant and great with my cats I could tell she was experienced. She made me feel comfortable about leaving them. I would not hesitate to use her again!”

“Taylor took care of our little fluffball over Thanksgiving week - she made traveling so much easier! She checked in twice daily, sending fun stories and pictures.our. Our cat is going to miss her!”

“Alicia took wonderful care of my cats - she was very thoughtful and kind with them and I could tell they were loving the attention and playtime from the photos she sent. 10/10 would rebook and recommend.”

“Jessica was caring and attentive to our kitties! She was able to modify some instructions when my kitten wasn’t eating as well and was very communicative with updates. Thanks, Jessica!”

“Lindsay took care of our (cat) babies like they were her own. She took photos of them every time she came to see them, and spent time playing with them as well as feeding and medicating as needed. My cats loved her from the very first introduction. Lindsay is not only an animal lover, she's also a great lady. She surprised us with a list of places and things to try since she knew my husband and I had just moved into the area! We’re definitely looking forward to having her care for our cats in the future.”

“Finding Rover was a huge help with a recent vacation but meeting Amaiya and having her take care of our old girls while we were away was a great piece of mind for us. She made her self available on short notice to meet us. She sent pics and updates each of the days she visited. Really appreciated your time and will gladly work with you again Amaiya!”

About: Cats have been a huge part of my life for over 18 years, and caring for them is genuinely something I love. I’ve spent the last 7 years doing cat drop-in visits throughout the Greater Boston area and have experience with everything from energetic kittens to senior cats who just want a quiet companion nearby. I previously worked at a zoo for 4 years, which taught me a lot about animal behavior, patience, and respecting each animal’s unique personality and boundaries. I practice fear-free interactions and never force affection or handling. I let cats build trust at their own pace, whether that means playtime, cuddle sessions, enrichment, medication care, or simply sitting quietly with them. I’m also comfortable caring for cats with special needs and understand how important consistency, observation, and gentle care can be. I treat every cat like they’re part of my own little furry council of rulers.

“I handed Katherine an elderly, deaf, medically compromised Cavalier and she did a beautiful job caring for Miley who needed medications and soothing comfort. What we learned is Miley will do best staying in her own familiar home to have care come to her. Katherine called with any concerns and shared pics. I would trust Katherine to care for Miley again given how knowledgeable and gentle she is. Katherine showed both customer service and professionalism while Miley was in her care. A 5 star provider”

“5 stars! Lindsey took very good care of my doggy while I was visiting from out of town for Newport Seafood and Winefest. She was happy to watch him for however long I needed, which I loved because I didn't have to rush to and from the fest like I have had to in years past due to using the Commercial Dog Daycare in Newport. She took him to the dog park and sent me a picture of him to check in, and he returned to me as one tired pup, which is good! She is also quick to respond to any messages sent, and will check in with you a day or two prior to watching your dog. I trust Lindsey with my dog, and will definitely contact her again in the future!”

House sitting covers basic "away" duties (mail, lights, pet care, delivery acceptance). Pet sitting in my home means fun, treats, separate quarters if needed, and lots of exercise. Dog walking / bird time / fish feeding on your schedule and at your home one day a week or every day all year. Need a few hours away from your dog? I can do that, too! Have considerable experience with horses and barn animals, too, if you need some mucking or exercise/entertainment. Prices listed are my standard fees; I can work with you to suit your budget/needs. Thank you for clicking & please reach out if I can provide more information! I work from home and have the flexibility to accommodate nearly any schedule. Having pets myself, I understand that schedules can be fixed or variable/ad-hoc depending on their needs. At my home, I have a fenced yard and dedicated space for your furry, finned, or feathered family. While handling your dog outside of the home environment, I am a firm believer in a 2-leash safety strategy.
“Quincy stayed at Katie's place for doggy day care when I was traveling in the area. He had a wonderful time with her and she provided regular updates. Katie provided the attention and oversight that a puppy needs and I felt very comfortable leaving Quincy with Katie knowing he was in good hands. Thanks so much!”

About: I currently have two cats and two dogs that I absolutely adore and consider part of the family. I've also pet sat for family friends and have experience caring for pets with different needs and personalities. After caring for a sick fur baby of my own, I'm comfortable giving medications and helping pets who need a little extra attention or medical care. I understand how important it is to know your pets are in good hands, and I’ll always treat them with the same love, patience, and care that I give my own. ❤️ I’m currently a full-time college student completing my classes online, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for pet care. Because I can plan my coursework around my commitments, I’m able to be dependable and accommodate a wide range of pet care needs. I’m more than happy to provide in-home visits to care for your precious pets. Before any visits begin, I like to meet with families to discuss any questions, concerns, or special care instructions. It’s also a great opportunity for your pets to get comfortable with me and for us to make sure we’re a good fit. My goal is to help both you and your pets feel safe, confident, and at ease while you're away.

“Melanie is awesome with our puppy! She is always on time and is very communicative. She gives us updates and sends lots of pictures during her visits. She reaches out if she has questions and we feel like she always goes above and beyond. We use Rover to allow our puppy to run and play mid day and she always plays inside and outside with him to get some energy out. Highly recommend!”

About: Hi there! Trusting someone with your fur baby isn’t easy—and it shouldn’t be. Every pet deserves individualized care, patience, kindness, and most of all, genuine love. With over 7 years of hands-on animal care experience, you can feel confident you’ve found someone who truly understands that. I started at just 14 as a zookeeper’s aide in Boston, and have since spent years dog walking and pet sitting throughout the Greater Boston area. I’ve recently relocated to New Hampshire and am so excited to meet some new furry friends! Whether it’s a peaceful walk, playtime, or just giving your pet the attention they deserve, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. Let’s get started—your pup is already dreaming of fresh air, paws in the grass, and a few well-earned treats I currently work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to focus on your pet’s needs. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and sitting throughout the week, with more open availability in the afternoons and on weekends. I’m happy to work with your schedule and make sure your pet gets consistent, reliable care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. I have one dog and two cats at home, and I maintain a calm, structured environment. My dog is on the more sensitive side, which has made me especially attentive to reading behavior, body language, and creating a low-stress atmosphere for every pet in my care. I take introductions slowly and thoughtfully, and I’m always able to separate pets when needed to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. While I don’t have a fenced yard, I focus more on structured, engaging walks rather than free roaming. All outdoor time is closely supervised and secure, giving your dog both physical exercise and mental stimulation in a safe, controlled way. I’m also happy to crate if that’s part of your dog’s routine and will follow your care instructions closely to keep things consistent and stress-free.

Whether they prefer sleeping in a crate, on a dog bed, or having their own space to roam (including an entire floor if needed), we’ll follow your preferences and keep their routine consistent with what they’re used to at home. We typically host just one client at a time, if you have multiple dogs, we’re happy to accommodate your family together. We never exceed three dogs total, including our own, so every dog receives dedicated attention, comfort, and care. Feeding schedules, exercise, and any specific instructions are followed closely. Our home is designed to feel like a second home, not a kennel, where your dog can relax, feel safe, and be genuinely cared for. ***We take trust and safety very seriously and are committed to following your dog’s routine as closely as possible. This includes accommodating any feeding method or dietary needs, whether that’s raw food, fresh or home-cooked meals, kibble, or more specific requirements like low-protein or other restricted diets. We carefully follow your instructions to ensure consistency, safety, and your dog’s overall well-being.*** We also provide regular updates and photos so you always feel connected and confident while you're away. We understand how important it is to feel completely comfortable with who is caring for your dog. When we've have used Rover for Paris, we always appreciated the opportunity to meet beforehand, so we are more than happy to offer a meet-and-greet prior to booking. This gives you the chance to see our home, ask any questions, and feel confident in the safe, calm, and personalized care your dog will receive while staying with our family.

“I wish every sitter could be like Lindsey. Pablo had a great time at her home with her family and other dogs. He even got some swim time! I didn't even know he could swim! On our next trip to Oregon, I will definitely be calling her again!”

“I can't say enough good things about Becky. This was the first time we left our Pup with anyone, and I was extremely nervous because he is so attached to us. Becky and Bob made the transition seamless and gave him so much love while we were gone. She would give me daily updates and send me pictures so that I could see how much fun he was having. She truly is so wonderful with the dogs she cares for and treats them like her own. I would highly recommend Becky and Bob.”
