Charlene was a lifesaver, tapping in on short notice and yet making time to meet and greet our cat Monty. She is personable and clearly loves animals, but does not seem easily rattled by whatever may arise. She bonded with Monty quickly and shared copious photos (appreciated!) of the two of them enjoying her visits. She even brought over toys, a grooming brush and a litter restock. Charlene was reliable and conscientious, and her care allowed us to enjoy peace of mind on our vacation.
She was awesome being able to help me out with a couple days notice. She was able to follow my instructions of feeding my cats loving on them and ironically, most importantly, keeping my plant/flowers alive while I was on vacation by watering them. Thank you so much!
We haven’t traveled since we got our cats 4 years ago. We finally did an overnight trip and I was beyond stressed. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
