“Olivia was extremely attentive to all 3 of my pets needs and gave all 3 of them love and play as well as the care they required. I would highly recommend her services and will be using her again going forward”

“Anthony has been absolutely wonderful with our young puppy (from 10 to 14 weeks)! He has taught him to walk with manners and helped us with tricks! Our puppy absolutely adores him — we will continue to rebook! Thank you so much, Anthony!”

“As a first time Rover user, I would recommend Krista to anyone! We have a unique situation at our home between two male cats but Krista didn’t hesitate to take it on and do it well. She always sent photos and videos timely that eased MY high anxiety. Traveling isn’t always easy for me but knowing my kitties were in good hands helped a lot.”

About: I have always been around dogs since I was a kid. Between my own, family members and neighbors, I have cared for dogs of all breeds and sizes for many years and been able to adjust to each dog’s needs with no problem at all. I am great at tiring pups out with play or long walks or hanging with them if they are on the lazier side! I work part time in Concord so I’m looking to take care of dogs for fun and some extra cash! I am available differing days of the week depending on my schedule, but when I am free I will be able to tire out the pups with long walks or extended play sessions if they so desire! I will easily be able to navigate client homes and learn a dogs likes and dislikes quickly to make for a smooth and comfortable experience for the pups.
“Taylor took wonderful care of my pets, including a geriatric dog that required medicine twice daily. I can’t think her enough or find adequate words to express the tremendous care she provided. Highly recommend this excellent caregiver!”
About: Enjoy walking on the trail and would love to walk dogs. Have access to a fenced yard so the dogs will be safe to play and have fun. I am not working at the moment. Will be available to walk and also to board at home. Can also pet sit in the owner's home Access to a fenced yard. Don't own any pets at the moment, so my apartment is safe and ready to board your pets if needed
“Alex is great! She took her time with the meet and greet even though the cats were a little shy and I swear by the time we got back from vacation they were sad it was us walking through the door and not her. The updates for the multiple drop in visits included pictures which is always appreciated when you are away! Alex is respectful and reliable and we will certainly use her again for our furbaby needs. Thank you Alex!”

“Peter was the absolute best. It was my first experience having someone come into my home to take care of a pet and he made the experience so comfortable. While we were away it was so reassuring to see the constant updates and know that Echo was in such great hands. Thanks Peter!”

“Caroline took great care of our four felines for eleven days while we were on vacation and she provided updates with photos daily. We liked that she offered a meet and greet prior to the start date and she was always responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend her.”

“Kimberlie was great with my two cats.. one of them is very shy usually, but loved her! She took care of them very well and followed my instructions. Felt very at ease that she came by 3 times a day. Would definitely use her services again!”

“I have never used the Rover app or left left my dogs with anyone that I didnt know. I am a terrible helicopter mom when it comes to my dogs! Ashley came to our home and immediately bonded with our 9 month old bernedoodle. Our pup is cautious and a little judgemental but felt very comfortable with Ashley. She was very good with her communication with Sophie. Ashley is very personable and instills you with a sense of everything would be all right if we left our pup with her. First time and will definitely be using her. Both my husband and I ate very excited to have met her..”

“Heidi did a fantastic job caring for our year-old cat when we had to be away. Normally strangers never see our cat but she liked Heidi enough to come out and say hi! Both our house and pet were in great shape when we got home. Heidi gave our family peace of mind to relax while we were away. 10/10 will hire again!”

“Andrea was very nice and had excellency communication. On top of that she was able to get Tucker in last minute (the next day). For sure recommend using Andrea for your furry family.”

About: I am a lifelong animal lover and have always had pets, (with the exception of the time I lived in barracks). I’ve had cats and dogs, including 5 cats and a dog at one time. I also have experience with smaller animals, as we’ve had our Guinea pig Jolene for about 5 years. Some of the pets I’ve cared for in the past have been more “high maintenance “ in that they had severe separation anxiety, were timid/nervous, or in the case of one very precious cat, came from a house of 44 other cats. I’m a disabled vet taking a hiatus from school so I’ve been looking for part time work. Aside from picking up and dropping off my son, I have a pretty open schedule during the day and would be happy to focus my attention on pet care as a primary job. I live in a 3 story townhouse-style condo in the granite heights development, which is very pet friendly. I don’t have a private yard but the entire complex is situated on hills in the woods and has lots of areas for walking, very much like a park. I live with just my 9 year old and our cat and Guinea pig so I have plenty of room to board your pets, including my 3rd story attic which I can use to create a separate space if necessary.
“Becky made me feel comfortable leaving my kitty behind on a vacation, she gave thorough updates daily and sent lots of pictures! Would highly recommend Becky and will most definitely be booking with her again in the future!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
