Her children made us an art project with Dutchie’s paw print that says “my parents got married today, 10/16/2021” that we will use forever as a Christmas ornament. Additionally, Heather sent us photos of Dutchie every 12 hours being well taken care of with her family. “Kiana was truly amazing. I had a sudden family emergency that required me to go out of state. She went so far above and beyond during that time, while having no obligation to do so. From the beginning of the cats stay with Kiana, she had been so incredibly flexible, she agreed to watch them with only two days notice, and due to the situation evolving and becoming unpredictable, she was more than happy to allow me to extend their stay. She was the direct cause of so much stress relief due to knowing the cats were safe, and well taken care of. 5/5 human. As for her actual care of the kitties she again went well above and beyond anything anyone might think is going the extra mile. The cats were given the space needed to become comfortable and very quickly, and happily adapted to the new routine. I received frequent pictures and videos, she was very communicative, and because of her vigilance we were able to create a plan of action for one of the kitties who started throwing up more frequently than normal. She even went out and bought higher quality food for the cats, and implemented a structured feeing strategy so we could better assess the puking, which I doubt was an easy task since they both free fed before they were boarded. She kept me up to date at all times and provided regular, detailed updates. 5/5 for animal care as well. She is the best sitter/boarder I have ever had any experience with, by exponents, it’s not even close. Her service was head, and shoulders above anyone I’ve personally used before and far better than anything I’ve heard about other boarders. Choosing Kiana to care for your pets should be an insanely easy decision for anyone who wants their animals taken care of at the highest level of care, and wants someone that is just a straight up good human as well.”

One of our dogs can be a little tricky, and I was really nervous to leave her in doggy day care. She's diabetic and also on anti anxiety medication - but Rebecca handled it like it was no big deal, and had her relaxing in the yard in no time. I really appreciated the check in during the day, to let me know how they were doing- and loved how obvious it was that she was paying attention to each of their personalities. Plus - with all the travel, one of my pups had been refusing to poop. Right until we got into Rebecca's house 🫠 but she handled it with such grace and made an awkward moment super easy for us. “Heather and her family literally could not have been more exceptional hosts for our dog, Dutchie. Dutchie is a part of the family so of course we needed him nearby when we got married in Andover, NH. Heather and her family watched Dutchie Friday night and Saturday night. Heather even went above and beyond to DRIVE DUTCHIE TO OUR WEDDING ON SATURDAY, with his bow tie on, and SHE WALKED HIM AROUND COCKTAIL HOUR WITH HIS LEASH ON and let us take photos with him. Her children made us an art project with Dutchie’s paw print that says “my parents got married today, 10/16/2021” that we will use forever as a Christmas ornament. Additionally, Heather sent us photos of Dutchie every 12 hours being well taken care of with her family. This woman is amazing and will go above and beyond to make sure your pup gets the best possible care. Thank you Heather and family, it means so much to us. ❤️Patty and Dean”

“Becky and Bob are dog lovers and they treat your dog as if it is their own. They have a great wooded, fenced in yard for dogs to run around and explore and also do walks for dogs (like ours) that need plenty of exercise. They also have a very comfortable home setting for the pups.”
“Kiana was truly amazing. I had a sudden family emergency that required me to go out of state. She went so far above and beyond during that time, while having no obligation to do so. From the beginning of the cats stay with Kiana, she had been so incredibly flexible, she agreed to watch them with only two days notice, and due to the situation evolving and becoming unpredictable, she was more than happy to allow me to extend their stay. She was the direct cause of so much stress relief due to knowing the cats were safe, and well taken care of. 5/5 human. As for her actual care of the kitties she again went well above and beyond anything anyone might think is going the extra mile. The cats were given the space needed to become comfortable and very quickly, and happily adapted to the new routine. I received frequent pictures and videos, she was very communicative, and because of her vigilance we were able to create a plan of action for one of the kitties who started throwing up more frequently than normal. She even went out and bought higher quality food for the cats, and implemented a structured feeing strategy so we could better assess the puking, which I doubt was an easy task since they both free fed before they were boarded. She kept me up to date at all times and provided regular, detailed updates. 5/5 for animal care as well. She is the best sitter/boarder I have ever had any experience with, by exponents, it’s not even close. Her service was head, and shoulders above anyone I’ve personally used before and far better than anything I’ve heard about other boarders. Choosing Kiana to care for your pets should be an insanely easy decision for anyone who wants their animals taken care of at the highest level of care, and wants someone that is just a straight up good human as well.”

“I can’t say enough how happy I am to have found Julianna. She has a great personality, is informative and took our girl (Brook) in as one of her family, in fact - her entire family took her in. We didn’t get the usual ‘cold shoulder’ from Brook when we returned from our vacation, so that speaks volumes. This is our third time we’ve had to leave Brook to travel. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Hard to leave, but knowing Brook will be well taken care of and happy makes it MUCH easier. She earned and deserves all five stars from our family!”
“I always worry that Cheese comes on a little too excited when she first meets people, but Dalyce seemed super prepared. Cheese came in for the meet and greet and after a good sniff laid down to chew on one of the toys she provided for visiting pups. Communication was great and she sent lots of updates and photos. Will definitely book again!”
